Very kind and helpful staffs at the hotel. Overall satisfaction is high. The room is very clean and comfortable, yet just a bit too dim for overall lighting, hope to have more lights in the room. The club service was really good, love the idea that customers could enjoy refreshments for free almost throughout the day. There’s a high chance of me staying there again, if I would like to have a quiet time during my trip.

I visit Okinawa several times a year, and when my usual hotel was fully booked, I started looking elsewhere. I was drawn in by this hotel's location and newness, so I decided to book it. Upon arrival, the luxurious building really stood out. The moment I entered the room, I knew I'd hit the jackpot! The room itself was fantastic, very spacious, and apparently all rooms come with a washer-dryer and a mini-kitchen. It wasn't just new; the room was decorated in soothing, consistent tones, making for a truly relaxing and wonderful stay. The public bath also provides towels, and the flow from the pool is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for families with children! I used the small gym daily, and it was easy to access with a water cooler available. When I wanted to do some light cooking in the room and asked the front desk for assistance, they immediately brought up plates, knives, pots, pans, spatulas, and a wine opener. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Okinawa, this one easily became my favorite! My family and I are already talking about visiting again, and if we like it just as much, we might make it our new regular spot! Regarding operations, I did feel there were still some areas for improvement. Check-in wasn't very smooth, and using the parking lot was a hassle (having to tell the front desk the car number every single time, and it being a multi-story garage meant taking a while to get the car in and out). There was also a delay in getting a response about a lost item. However, considering it's a newly opened hotel and every single staff member was incredibly kind and pleasant, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all during my stay. Thank you for a dream-like time!

The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute drive from American Village. However, there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation nearby, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The room is spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is ideal for group travel. Although there is a dryer, it’s recommended to bring some IKEA-style drying racks or other laundry equipment. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time.

O lugar em si era bem limpo e tinha uma localização agradável. O único problema é que é impossível entrar em contato com qualquer funcionário. Eles não têm recepção e, embora tenham uma ”linha direta” na entrada do hotel, ninguém atende, mesmo durante o horário de expediente. O Wi-Fi do meu quarto quebrou após a primeira noite da minha estadia. Tentei entrar em contato com a equipe do hotel por telefone, e-mail etc., mas não obtive resposta. O problema persistiu até o final da minha viagem, impossibilitando o acesso à internet. Felizmente, o trip.com foi ágil e me ofereceu uma compensação razoável pelos custos adicionais que incorri para acessar a internet. Resumindo, o hotel é decente se você não tiver problemas e não precisar entrar em contato com a equipe. Caso contrário, sugiro que você se hospede em algum lugar com funcionários trabalhando de verdade!

A cute hostel with vintage vibe. The staff is very nice and friendly. I was especially satisfied with the location because there’s a big supermarket and drug store right in front of the hostel. American Village is within walkable distance as well. Super convenient. Hair dryer, hair conditioner and laundry service are available. Overall I enjoyed the stay here.

Excelente relação custo-benefício, localização limpa, transporte conveniente e ambiente agradável ao redor. O bairro vizinho de American Village oferece diversos restaurantes, sendo perfeito para quem busca um lanche noturno. O quarto é bem equipado, com cozinha e fogão para aquecer alimentos. O estacionamento tem preço acessível.

If you check in late (after 9pm) They don’t let you stay even already paid in advance. So, I did. We have to find another hotel instead. But staff was nice to suggest another hotel.
