We checked in a little late yet staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the 26 floor and it was really spacious for 2 pax. There’s an iron steamer in the room and this is such a win for us who can’t live without iron even during a short trip. It will be better if they provide us the iron board though. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided and I wish they provide more hooks in the washroom. It’s a bummer that we only took video of the room but we couldn’t even upload the video here. Went for a short workout in the gym in the morning before breakfast. They have treadmill elliptical bike some dumbbells and bench for you to do some press lol. They have a good selection of breakfast. We stayed so long so that we were able to try everything from the breakfast menu. The best part of the hotel was that it is connected to the Pakuwon City Mall. Shopping made easy 🤭

Westin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming. The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

It's an amazing hotel with excellent hospitality, almost all staff are helpfull and you can feel safe to stay here. The front desk is very helpfull as well and provide all the informaton needed. The room is very clean and all functionaliry is working. The feel of stay is like at your home house. Hotel facilities also very good condition and manageable. It's a valuable stay.

First time in Surabaya . Very very terrible experience at Swiss Belinn hotel .  First night due to my flight delay I check in around 10pm and I get a last room ( in front of the room is emergency exit ) very bad feeling when I step in the room, I feel “something” inside . Request to change but reception inform full house. Midnight my room keep got water sound , flush water sound !  Second morning I request to change room , 8pm finish work bck to hotel told me full ? I’m like ***? I requested to change in the early morning. One round of battle , I manage to change room , the boy told he help me take my luggage from old room, after 10 min , luggage that they sent to me is not belong to me!!!! Where is my baggage? After half an hour, my baggage is back to my room and they told me found it at the other room ??!! I got so many question mark in my mind . 11pm , a boy keep knock my dooor and call Ibu ibu……in the morning , housekeeping come in without knocking the door at 928am ! Thanks god  that moment I’m done changing !  Third night : this is the worst night for me. Been awake by toilet water sound again ! But this time is different , I feel something not right and I’m so scared. I try to ignore , but I feel “someone” sit on the other side of my bed and I feel my blanket is grasp firmly to the left side（I slept at right side ) ! The following is 447 am someone knock my door again !  I on my light and dare not to sleep anymore !  Fourth night : no story as I only back to hotel at 2am , I leave at 6am to airport  Hotel location is really good , breakfast nice too .

All the facilities are clean and quite good in quality. Only 1 shortcomings: the door can't shield the the room from sound in the corridors totally, I can clearly heard the knockings and bell ringing from other rooms at night. But in general, it's still a quite decent hotel to stay.

Muito amável e profissional. A comida estava bem. O banheiro Na minha sala precisa de ser visto. Tive que deixar a água fluir por 23 minutos antes que a água no chuveiro se aquecesse.

Este é um hotel Muito cool.Como alguém que AMA coisas vintage, EU realmente aprecio este lugar.Desde o edifício histórico, a sala estilo vintage, todos me levaram para a década de 90 até o início de 2000.A NOSTALGIA 🥺. Quando EU era pequeno, MEU avô e avó costumava levar-me para viajar e ficar EM hotéis, por isso, hotéis Como estes têm um Lugar especial no MEU coração. Infelizmente, eles realmente reduziram o orçamento.Embora eles tenham pago um preço muito barato para SUA sala (não mais do que IDR 250K incluindo pequeno-almoço), EM SUAS SEMANAS?? Mas as toalhas já não eram brancas e se sentiam finas (não Como outras toalhas do hotel), as folhas tinham pontos duros e nenhum capô de chuveiro, MAS EU gostei de sabão e champô de limão, e eles estavam EM distribuidores de plástico tão Menos resíduos. O pequeno-almoço era realmente triste.Foi Muito bom quando EU fiquei aqui há alguns anos.Mas desta vez, era pior.Não há muitas opções e parecia vazio. Parece que eles não fizeram muito esforço.Bem, o que você espera por esse preço? E compreendo que estes possam estar num orçamento muito estreito. Eu observei que eles acrescentaram um sinal de ”Mini Zoo”.Um Pessoal me avisou que não havia muitos animais ainda.Mas EU decidi vê-lo. Havia peixes e um animal de aves grande (como frango, mas diferente, não sei o que era).E alguns paraquetes em duas jaulas separadas, eles estavam todos mortos 😭😭 Eu disse ao pessoal e eles rapidamente removeram as aves mortas. Boa ideia, MAS má execução. Mas, de qualquer forma, a localização era Melhor.Apenas alguns metros Da rua, havia um paragem de ônibus e você Pode saltar no ônibus Suroboyo para ir a qualquer lugar. O hotel estava EM UMA rua principal de um destino quente (Old Town Surabaya), com edifícios históricos complexos, também com a Cidade Da China perto. Espero que eles possam sobreviver a esta tempestade económica. Eu realmente amo este hotel 🥺.

Este hotel está EM UMA localização Muito boa. Ao Lado do hotel, há 24 horas de loja confortável de Indomaret (equivalente a 7-11) e cerca de 10 minutos a pé está a Plaza Tunjungan, que é um grande centro comercial. O hotel promove o almoço por 30 mil IDR para um Prato de arroz com chá de gelo ilimitado.As instalações são muito básicas se você não procurar qualquer fabulosa. Uma coisa que quero que o hotel melhore é o som de A/C. Na minha primeira noite, foi muito alto que me manteve acordado até às 2:00. Além disso, não tenho nada mais para queixar.
