I enjoyed my stay here, and I will stay here again. Great little studio apartments, nestled in a striking historical building right next to a small, well-used park. Plenty of restaurants and bars around and 5 minutes walk to the train station. I loved the balcony with a view over thevport out to the Mediterranean Sea. My only downer is that it would be great if it had a washing machine and an electric kettle.

Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)

Prós - perto do parque e com opções de restaurantes à noite. O café da manhã era bom e não muito cheio se você for às 8h. Caso contrário, espere fila. Contras - fizemos a roleta, mas eles nem nos disseram em qual hotel ficaríamos. Acabamos chegando no El Paso e descobrimos que era lá que deveríamos estar hospedados. Eles também não nos enviaram o número do nosso quarto e, para piorar, depois de darmos os detalhes do nosso carro para a recepção, a segurança nos negou a entrada porque os dados não haviam sido enviados. As espreguiçadeiras da piscina eram muito desconfortáveis. O papel higiênico era pior do que o do hotel econômico de 2 estrelas em que ficamos ao lado e alguns itens de higiene pessoal que deveriam ser fornecidos estavam vazios. Eu não classificaria este hotel como 4 estrelas e nem sequer o visitamos na alta temporada, então algumas das coisas acima não são o que eu esperaria.

O hotel foi fácil de encontrar e extremamente confortável. As camas eram macias e o quarto era espaçoso. O hotel parecia um resort bem perto do mar. Parecia muito luxuoso e estava muito limpo. Tivemos uma ótima estadia! Recomendo fortemente. O atendimento ao cliente ofereceu ajuda em inglês com facilidade.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Ótima opção de hospedagem se você quiser visitar o parque de diversões Port Aventura. A pernoite no hotel lhe dará acesso ao parque nos dois dias, no check-in e no check-out. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, para um bom descanso depois de passar o dia no parque. A piscina também é incrível, grande e linda, é uma aventura por si só. O único problema é o serviço: dá para sentir que o pessoal dá o melhor de si, porém na alta temporada eles ficam tão ocupados que com certeza você terá que fazer fila para fazer alguma coisa. Eles estão avançando e adotando processos automáticos de autoatendimento: como o autocheck-out, mas ainda não é suficiente. Você precisa então ter um pouco de paciência e esperar até chegar a sua vez.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Our stay was wonderful. All the stuff is so kind and gentle. Only one little thing the : the key to open the room took time , I mean didn’t work properly. But , we could open. The place was so clean. Thanks to all stuff and the energy of the place 🙏🏻❤️🕉️We will love to book again. Have a beautiful day full of peace and love .

El hotel precisa una reforma urgente. No todo vale. Desayuno buffet con productos de muy baja calidad. Horribles los zumos, el café y los calientes. Buena ubicación. Buena atención en recepción. Durante el desayuno, ausencia de personal en general. Habitación con mobiliario muy viejo.
