The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

it is convenient location to go for transportation or shopping. the hotel restaurant is delicious but with reasonable price food at the hotel restaurant. The staff at the hotel desk are kind and helpful who are to offer any help guests may have problems if any.

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

My friends and I really loved our stay in a 4 person tent, comfy double beds, a fridge & cute table to sit outside at. We were positioned at the end of a big row of tents so it was perfect, the tent was cool enough with the fan and also not as many bugs as expected but some ants in the tent but impossible not to have bugs outside camping!! The pool was nice but very crowded of course, would be good to open earlier than 12, breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good and cheap. They could do a delivery service and charge to the tent I think people would love it.

Eu precisava de um hotel para passar uma noite em Cádiz antes de ir ao porto pegar a balsa para as Ilhas Canárias. O hotel fica bem na praia e perto de bares, restaurantes e lojas, a equipe da recepção é simpática e o quarto é lindo, limpo e moderno, com varanda privativa. É anunciado como um spa, mas não tem piscina. Não utilizei nenhuma outra comodidade além do meu quarto, mas também há um restaurante e um bar na cobertura. A única coisa que não gostei foi que meu quarto ficava no final de um andar com elevador para funcionários, e os faxineiros ficavam trazendo coisas para cima e fazendo barulho a noite toda, até por volta das 22h30. Não consigo entender por que eles fazem isso quando as pessoas estão tentando relaxar e dormir. Isso estraga a estadia. Não teria sido um problema, mas precisei acordar às 6h para fazer o check-out e dar uma caminhada até o porto da balsa. Então, não espere dormir muito neste hotel, pois as portas são barulhentas e as pessoas ficam batendo e fechando-as constantemente. Além disso, as paredes são muito finas. Eu conseguia ouvir alguém roncando no quarto ao lado do meu. No geral, uma boa estadia 👍🏼

Meu pai adora ficar neste hotel. Infelizmente, ficamos apenas 2 noites para visitar Gibraltar. Nos sentimos bem-vindos pela recepcionista e o check-in foi tranquilo. O quarto em que ficamos era tão espaçoso quanto vimos na internet. Como o hotel tem 123 anos, dá para perceber pelos móveis antigos e pelos móveis. Acho que precisa de reforma, pois o ar-condicionado era fraco e transpiramos à noite. E acho que isso só acontece com alguns quartos, já que os quartos dos meus amigos são frios como uma geladeira. Esse problema deveria ser resolvido facilmente, mas voltamos de outra cidade e estávamos tão exaustos que não queríamos levar nossas malas para outra cidade novamente e optamos por aguentar. A pressão da água não apresentou problemas e a água estava quente na hora. O edredom e a roupa de cama estavam limpos e novos. O buffet de café da manhã era excelente em variedade e qualidade. Adoramos tomar café da manhã ao ar livre, apreciando os pássaros como nossos companheiros. A piscina tem um bom tamanho e conta com um sistema de segurança. Eu adoraria voltar, pois o preço vale totalmente a pena. O hotel chamou um táxi e levou apenas 2 minutos para nos receber. Estamos satisfeitos com a eficiência. Também adoramos conhecer pessoas aqui. Todas são muito simpáticas e adoram fazer amigos aqui no hotel. Eu diria que me hospedar aqui foi uma das minhas melhores escolhas.

Общее впечатление об отеле хорошее. Очень красивый вид из окна, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Удобные и широкие кровати в номере. Сыну понравилась дополнительная кровать. На территории есть большой бассейн. Минусы: в коридоре на стене увидела огромного таракана, и на ресепшен мы провели больше одного часа, чтобы заселится в номер (очень медленно, огромная очередь).

The hotel owner was super nice - he got my friend an iron and hair dryer on her request and even drove us to El Puerto de Santa Maria when we were waiting for the bus in the rain. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily. That being said… the hotel is in a quiet, residential area and there are only a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, toward the Valdelagrana beach. However, we were there in March, but I’m sure more is open during the summer months. It also gets quite cold in the rooms in March, so if you’re afraid of chilly room temperatures you might want to look for some place with central heating or space heaters on site. Also, transportation comes infrequently and shuts down early - like at 10, 11 pm - so allow some time and do some research when you’re ready to leave the area ot the hotel.

Good location if you are going to stay in La Bahia de San Fernando, a shopping center close to the hotel and a train station. The breakfast is really good with lists of options. The rooms need a refurbishment, really old amenities

GOOD COST/QUALITY, ALL RECOMMENDATIONS Good location in centre on quiet street but near to main squares and streets, few minutes to beach or to bus station and then to Gibraltar border. So perfect for day visits to Gibraltar. Not often for hostels personal room with TV, sink and furniture. Clean room and common toilet/showers. Can leave bag while day walking after checkout.
