"We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat.
Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched.
The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time!
The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect!
Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know!

"Being non- Chinese, Yimei Light Luxury Hotel was a bit challenging for me to find, but once I called the posted number, Mr. Wu immediately came to pick me up. The hotel location is pretty good, right smack in the middle of Anshan Town - therefore, everything is within 2-5 minutes in all directions - restaurants, bus stop, live music, ticketing center, coffee shops.
The hotel is run by a lovely couple and their 2 kids. The room i had was clean, and everything was in great condition. Toiletries amenities were provided.
When I mentioned I was looking for an interpreter to walk around with, WZY, their teen daughter, volunteered. Having her help me navigate crowds and queues made my trip so much smoother. Ms. Zhao even gave me a ride to catch the cable car up the mountain to help me save some time, while Mr Wu arranged for a rightly priced private car for my trip back to Zhengzhou. Oh, and their little boy always had a welcoming smile every time I saw him. He is such a charmer!
The personal touch that my hosts provided truly made my trip to Yuntaishan much more special."

"I love them. The staff always reply my question anytime I have. I asked them question through Trip.com message and they replied simultaneously. I was there when the park closed because of the wind storm. They were patient and gave me information. I was also got the room upgrade, since they think it would be safer and more convenient for me. The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)"

"Travelling as a mandarin speaking foreigner. If you are able to converse in mandarin, want to stay near to Yuntai Mountain and still be relatively connected to other attractions like Baoquan scenic area, this is for you. Hotel was clean and spacious, it also has a water dispenser with different temperature settings. The hotel is pretty much a one-man show but the boss is extremely accommodating and helpful. He even offers to drive and pick up guests to/from nearby attractions like Yuntai and Baoquan, which is a game changer. Especially if you are worried about staying too far away from Yuntai, it's only a few minutes drive away from the hotel to the main parking lot at Yuntai. Simply give him a call or message on WeChat.
The only down side is that the village in Sha Qiang Cun does not really have many options to eat, but there are quite a few restaurants down the street if you aren't picky.
Otherwise, enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to foreign guests!"

"It is a very good homestay in Wujiatai Service Area. The owner built the hotel in his own house. The decoration standard is high and the overall layout is very good. There are many flowers at the door. The lobby on the first floor is spacious where you can drink tea and have a meal. The owner and his wife are very hospitable. You can dine in the store. The owner cooks by himself and the dishes are good, especially the chicken stewed with yam on iron stick, and the seasonal vegetables in the village are very fresh. It was the first time I ate such delicious yam. When I left, I asked the owner to buy ten kilograms to take with me. Thank you, boss. I will recommend them to my friends when they come to visit in the future. I also wish you better business."

"比前一晚在景區外的民宿強太多了，老闆服務熱情，態度特別好，因為他家停車場離的有點遠，老闆騎個電三輪一直不辭辛苦的各種車接車送，基本上提的要求都能滿足，但是如其他住客説的一樣，電視櫃下面靠牆的能不能拖一下，感覺就是蹭一下牆根乾淨度立馬上去了，不過他家床品很乾凈，房間忘記拍照了，但是官圖和實圖沒區別！樓頂露台也挺適合拍照打卡的，圖三就去他們家樓頂拍的！但是真的真的暑假不推薦來雲台山，太熱了太熱了"

"Super close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub."

UUsuário convidadoService was wonderful. The ladies at the concierge were always friendly and offered us hot tea whenever they spot us sitting at the waiting area while we wait for our cabs. Breakfast was fabulous. Very tasty with a wide spread of variety. Room was big and clean. There's also a Halal restaurant right next door which also offered good dining options.

The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

UUsuário convidado這次讓我最滿意的就是交通，緊鄰乘車點，原本在岸上的一家民宿和這個做對比，我們一行人先開車到的岸上，結果發現停車太不方便了，需要下一個大陡坡，而且塵土飛揚，又看了岸上的另外一家民宿，它是在小吃街街裏，開車不能直接到民宿門口，要麼一條很窄的路下它家那不標準的停車場，看的膽戰心驚，果斷放棄，直接選擇了這家，停車真的是賊方便！最重要的是就在乘車點旁邊，我之前也是被自媒體帶偏了，光想着去岸上服務區，其實不然，最重要的是要選擇離乘車點近的服務區才是重中之重，因為雲台山景區有很多景點都需要乘坐景區大巴車到達各個服務區和各個景點，岸上太多民宿都離乘車點太遠了，岸上離乘車點近的的民宿停車又是個麻煩事，這次我很滿意自己的選擇，停車超級方便，在民宿門口就直接坐景區大巴先去岸上小吃街吃了飯，雖然在網上熱度很大，但是真的一般般，價格還貴，我更偏向景區小寨溝內，有肯德基，有喜茶，而且價格比岸上小吃街便宜！還有不得不誇下這家民宿給了我超預期的住宿體驗，小姐姐人非常好，民宿內部用的全部是一次性的毛巾和浴巾，包括刷牙杯和喝水杯都是一次性，還有一次性馬桶墊和消毒濕巾，這點對於女生來講特別友好，她家前台還放了18格的物品百寶箱，基本上出行的應急小物都有，我就是忘了帶髮圈，直接在物品櫃按需拿取就可以了，所以很加分！我跟朋友辦的是年卡，下次還要來住！

SShouzhongdedao離岸上服務區一公里，羣山環抱，這個位置非常好。客棧的面積很大，除了有各種不同的房型，還有多個觀景台，上下都有石階或木棧道，林間漫步，非常愜意。這個房型是選的價格較低的，但房間面積很大，門窗的隔音效果很好，設施雖然一般，但打掃的比較乾淨，觀景視野也很好。客棧的服務響應速度很快，想多要兩瓶贈飲，沒幾分鐘，直接送來了6瓶，客棧的飯菜味道也很好，上菜速度快，量也大。總之，客棧的整體狀況符合我的預期值，如果來雲台山住宿想在露台看山景的話，還是比較推薦的。

What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness and enthusiasm of the entire staff. Although some of us could not speak Chinese, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, showing genuine care and attentiveness. They even provided us with pick-up and drop-off from Yuntai Mountain, making our trip much easier and more enjoyable. They also helped us call a taxi to the high-speed train station. Overall, our experience here was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and Mount Yuntai!

However, room service is average, likely due to understaffing. Additionally, the room telephone was not functioning, necessitating guests to go to the front desk for assistance. This can be particularly challenging for foreigners facing language barriers.
The hotel is situated outside of the town, making it difficult to find a taxi. For guests seeking specific dining options, such as halal food, it is challenging to locate these through online apps, requiring a trip into town. This, coupled with the difficulty in finding a taxi, adds to the inconvenience.

MMaking Stuff, Going Places on YouTubeObviously this is a low cost hotel and expectations need to be adjusted accordingly, but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and how clean it was. This would have been quite an expensive hotel when first opened and while it's showing the signs of its age now, it was still really quite nice.
Would definitely stay again.
