"Overall bad experience. In the beginning they didn’t know that the rooms were paid upfront and asked for an additional deposit. The room had a nice design but it was not well-maintained and not clean. The room door was obviously forcefully opened and only basically repaired. It did not leave the impression that it was really secure. The dining restaurant was quite dirty and not similar to the pictures that only show the breakfast room. If you wanna visit the Nüwa Palace the location is perfect but don’t expect too much from the hotel. I assume there are more convenient places for a more reasonable price."

"酒店非常乾淨，從卧室到衞生間幾乎沒有衞生死角，入住時正好看到服務員打掃旁邊的房間，在蹲着擦地，消毒，地下一塵不染。酒店的早餐也不錯，當地的拽麪好吃，水果也很新鮮。必須要誇一下前台接待的服務員，熱情細緻，看到我的身份證沒有外面的套特意幫忙找了一個保護套裝上，回到家才發現，心理暖暖的，這一路去了多家酒店都沒有人注意，全季酒店前台的小姑娘這個舉動真是感動到我了。希望酒店領導能看到這個評價，能給前台的服務員加雞腿🍗，這樣的員工太優秀。"
