早餐老闆一直客氣説很簡單，但實際很豐盛，該有的都有，吃飽吃好沒問題。

"原來是衝著酒店有自助餐提供訂的酒店，酒店在沒有告知我們的情況下，到我們辦理入住的時候才被告知沒有自助餐，衹有打包的早餐😭😭由於到達的時候太晚了，不想折騰，便將就入住了。
酒店的設施還是很新的，挺不錯。不過可能過年期間淡季，好多燈都沒有全開，感覺不大好。😂
衞生：中規中矩，符合期待。✔️
環境：在距離翡翠湖10來分鐘的車程，方便。周邊也挺安靜的，睡得舒服。👌
服務：服務人員沒有統一穿制服，感覺是住了一間雜牌麗呈一樣。😭
西北環線之旅，入住過全季，亞朵，漢庭等連鎖酒店，感覺麗呈是最不靠譜的。😂

"趕路到了11點多才到達酒店，前台小哥幫忙拿的行李，服務挺不錯的。前台小哥讓我們明天早上什麼時候休息好什麼時候下來用早餐，第二天早上9.30左右下來廚房大叔幫我們做的雞蛋肉絲麪條、稀飯、油條之類的，大叔讓我們吃好吃飽，表情挺和藹的，吃完早飯退房的時候前台小哥怕我們路上不好買水，還給我們裝了一提袋的礦泉水，雖然不值幾個錢，但服務還是讓人挺暖心的。非常不錯的一家4星酒店。"

"This time I stayed at Zhilian Hotel so pleasantly surprised! The overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, the room is spotless and odorless. The whole house intelligent voice control lights, curtains, air conditioning, full of technology, and super worry-free stay. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and the sleep is very stable. The staff is attentive and welcoming, the location is convenient, the price is full, highly recommended!
It is a smart hotel with perfect facilities. 24 hours hot water is sufficient, the network speed is smooth, and the bathroom is clean and refreshing. Robot food delivery, smart door locks are very safe, daily travel and short-distance accommodation are very suitable. YYS77We booked. 2 rooms and we’re upgraded to suite, very big and comfortable room however the heater is a mobile type and too small, I it is not enough during the winter especially snowing outside. Breakfast very limited choice , only Chinese cuisine is available

The breakfast is surprising international and the selections are of a full varieties of both local and international cuisine.

UUsuário convidadoAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

NNat ShanghaiThis is a very convenient and efficient hotel, ideal for a short stay of one due to its proximity to the main attractions. Chaka lake .
The rooms are notably spacious, and the bathrooms are very clean. The staff received high praise for being very friendly.
A small note for international travelers: the breakfast is very Chinese in style. As such, it may lack common Western options like coffee, but aside from that, it's an excellent choice for a short stay.

UUsuário convidadoThe hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

UUsuário convidadoChoose this hotel due to their modern, simple style. Carefully read their description with “HEATING” but they did not clarify that Heating do not open all time. But when we come on July, the weather is only 6 Celcius degree, no heating, no electric blanket really make me disappointed. If they told me when we check-in that during July no heating, I could cancel the reservation.
They have working table but no light, if you work here you need to open room light.
Maybe others experience was good, but not for me.

KKarina_kkThe shower was broken, the sink was leaking and there was water on the floor all the time. However, both could be used. Downstairs there’s a restaurant and it was very noisy, but got quieter after at 10 pm. WiFi connection was good. A great advantage of this hotel is the location right next to the lake which is very convenient. Therefore, it’s a good option for a one night stay.
