Even more surprising were the details: the firm mattress with lumbar support relieved my back pain after a day of visiting clients. Before leaving, I wanted to print out my contract, and the front desk staff immediately checked the number of pages and stapled it. They also reminded me that ”the nearby intersection is prone to traffic, so it's recommended to leave 15 minutes early.” Now when I go on a business trip to Dushan, I don’t need to compare with other hotels at all - Yishan InterContinental has fully understood the needs of business people. "帶娃出行選對酒店太省心！本來想訂一間雙床房，但是網上的雙床房顯示已經沒房了，然後訂了一間大床房，因為跟我老婆帶了小孩出來玩，睡一張床有點擁擠，在辦理入住的時候想幫忙叫前台調一間雙床房給我們，他們剛好接了團隊一間都調不出來，最後給我們升級了親子房，真的非常感動，親子房的設施齊全，房間空間充足，小孩很喜歡，衞生做得超到位，早餐種類豐富，早上去吃早餐的人特別多，應該是旅行團的，但是補菜也特別及時，不管是前台、客房、保安、還是餐廳的工作人員，服務都特別熱情，體驗感直接拉滿。"
