This homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot! We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours. This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location. 这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢. 我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。 这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

Instead the workers don't speaks English or other language likes is usual on China, my experience was the best. They have made everything to makes me feel confortable and we could communicate In different ways, using translators, or gestures or a little words on Mandarin and English.. I feel them really like a family now especially Lidan, one great woman that was my guard angel there and teach Taichi and Guquin on that place and Shao Hu who takes me to the hospital when I was ill. It's a good place to get immerse on China culture. You can also learn calligraphy or take lesson's about Tea sommelier not only martial Arts.. It is more than a hotel. You can have a nice experience there and is near Wudang mountain. They also sell tea and clothes.

Our stay here was incredibly pleasant from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. Seeing we had a child with us, they proactively offered kid-friendly toiletries, which was a very considerate touch. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, perfect for photos, and our travel photographer got some amazing shots. The additional makeup and styling service we opted for was also great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with a stunning view from the floor-to-ceiling windows! The upgraded lake-view room was absolutely worth the extra cost; opening the window revealed a beautiful panorama of mountains and the lake, which was incredibly serene. The vegetarian dinner was uniquely flavorful and light, offering a distinct experience. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly, showing both politeness and enthusiasm. The parking lot is huge and very accommodating for electric vehicles, with both fast and slow charging available. The hotel is conveniently located right in the cultural and tourism district, just a minute's walk away. If you have a lot of luggage, staff are on hand to help with transport, making things incredibly hassle-free. Overall, our experience was perfect. I've already recommended it to friends and plan to return for the May Day holiday!

Minha estadia no Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel foi, no geral, bastante satisfatória. 📍 Localização: O hotel possui uma localização privilegiada bem no coração da cidade, cercado por uma abundância de opções gastronômicas. Além disso, fica convenientemente a apenas 5 minutos a pé da entrada da Montanha Wudang, tornando-o perfeito para exploradores. 🏨 Quarto: Embora o quarto fosse um pouco compacto para o meu gosto, era limpo e bem conservado. Infelizmente, durante a minha estadia, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando corretamente, o que tornou o quarto um pouco desconfortável em alguns momentos. 🚽 Instalações: Um destaque foram os banheiros modernos e impecavelmente limpos. No entanto, apesar da política de não fumar do hotel, havia um odor perceptível de cigarro nos corredores e em alguns quartos. 🛎️ Serviço: Embora a ausência de elevador tenha sido um pouco inconveniente, a equipe não ofereceu assistência com a bagagem. Apesar de inicialmente parecerem distantes, a equipe de concierge me surpreendeu com sua paciência e presteza, fornecendo informações locais valiosas. 👍 Serviços adicionais: O hotel oferece serviços de guia turístico a um preço razoável, que achei compatível com opções externas. Very nice hotel. The lobby and each room are uniquely decorated by the host who is a multi-talented artist. She can also teach you how to create your own perfume in her laboratory. The hotel is a 15minute-walk to Wudang Mountain scenic area entrance and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

I really liked the service quality of the lady who checked me in. She was engaging, efficient and effective. In this respect I give her 10/10. However she knocked on my door after I had gone to sleep to inquire why I didn't give the hotel a higher rating. On the second she knocked the door again. The reason was she didn't see me going out and wondered if something was wrong. I thank her now for the concern. Nevertheless it is important for her to understand that guests don't want to be disturbed especially when they are about to sleep or were already sleeping. I emphasised to her this point. Second, she needs to understand that WHEN to speak is as important as WHAT is said and how it's said. I write with no ill feelings but with the hope she will learn and have a good career and happy life.

太平湖畔的新中式療愈之旅，體驗遠超預期 此次入住雲野酒店，完全刷新了我對度假住宿的期待，從預約到退房，每一處細節都盡顯用心。酒店選址太絕，藏在太平湖畔，推門就是清幽景緻，竹林步道更是驚喜，晨起漫步時聽着竹葉沙沙、伴着湖水波光，連呼吸都變得舒緩。 我們入住的是攬山居獨棟房型，新中式風格設計感拉滿，沒有刻意堆砌元素，木質紋理與淡雅色調搭配得恰到好處，既顯雅緻又不沉悶。最愛的是小院，景觀獨一份的靈動，酒店還貼心準備了茶具，午後坐在茶桌旁煮茶觀景，時光都慢了下來。 服務更是無可挑剔，管家提前就主動聯繫，發來房間視頻、酒店餐飲菜單和周邊娛樂攻略，還反覆確認入住當天的到店時間，提前幫我們通知廚房備好預訂的午餐。沒想到2人份的面分量大到驚人，感覺夠6人吃，實在實在。入住時有新鮮的歡迎果盤，房間裏的浴缸配了一次性浴缸套，泡個澡瞬間洗去旅途疲憊，細節滿分。 晚餐訂了營地燒烤，食材和炭火早早在湖畔備好，擺渡車準時接送，菜量依舊很足，吃得超滿足。退房時還收到了酒店贈送的拿鐵，暖心又有儀式感。遇到小插曲時，酒店響應速度很快，管家的服務意識特別強，全程不用費心。 唯一小建議是早餐種類可再豐富些，營地燒烤能加些蜂蜜和濕辣醬，房間若添一面落地鏡會更方便。但整體體驗遠超預期，下次來太平湖，一定還選雲野！
