"The front desk staffs were friendly and efficient. We were served hot tea on arrival and were kindly checked in at 10+am. We did not buy breakfast when we made our booking but were offered a good price for it. Breakfast was varied and delicious but almost the same daily. Body lotion and conditioner was not provided in the room.
The next morning when we asked for advice on sightseeing routes, Ms. 岛 advised us to hire a private vehicle and made arrangements for the hire. Price is reasonable and the driver was good.
Many thanks to you, Ms. 岛 for your help and excellent service."

"I had a fantastic stay at City Center Hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 5-minute walk to major attractions. My room was clean and comfortable with curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the front desk who helped with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had a good variety, though I wished for more hot options. Overall, great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again”"

UUsuário convidadoMy overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

UUsuário convidadoThe biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set.
This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience
