This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless. Friendly staff."

"This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun."

"The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀"

"The location is great, convenient to metro station, park, shopping centre, restaurants and Puyi (the last Chinese emperor) Royal Museum.
The hotel is facing a park, so my room has a beautiful park view. Metro station is just about 200m away. Wanda Shopping Centre is about 12 mins walk, and the museum is just about 30 mins walk. Changchun Train Station is only 1 stop apart by metro.
The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean, but small. Breakfast was included, and there's a good variety of food. However, the room was stinked with cigarette smell!"

"The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun.
The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang.
The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet.
Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :)
Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too."

"The service is no problem, the attitude is very good. But the hardware equipment is really bad. First, the highest temperature of the water heater is 39 degrees, and the premise is that the water must be released for 10 minutes before it can reach this temperature. Second, the bed, the collapsed edge, means that the side of the bed is sliding down, there is no sense of security. The third is the TV, the projection is always broken, the magic song Fuhao is broken three times, and then connected to the automatic put other. The fourth is that there is a smell in the house, formaldehyde smell, my house just recently renovated the house, pure formaldehyde smell. I woke up and had a sore throat the next day. Looking for the front desk, send someone over to spray the old lavender purple spray. It's useless. Five is the toilet, garbage fountain toilet, like sensitive muscle, wipe pp to spray water, this water does not flush s, do not flush pp, simply give me s muddy, and then splash on my pp, evenly applied, really collapse, I still have diarrhea, no need to do it. Overall, it was a nightmare experience even if you dream."

There are 2 entrances- 贵宾楼＆迎宾楼, so need to be aware hotel front will tell you if get to wrong entrances. The hotel staffs especially the concierge number 013 is very attentive and patient. I very impressed with her firm and rejected 3 guests who believe not hotel guests trying to smoke in for free supper section which meant for hotel guests only. Overall stay was present."

JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.
Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly.
Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.
One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff.

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

GGOODDAYO16Changchun Intercontinental Hotel is the accomodation where I stayed during the visit to Changchun, China. The hotel is brand new, and the overall environment is excellent. I would highly recommended Ivy due to her Top-notch service, kindness and helpful.
Furthermore, the breakfast buffet in the hotel is good. There is a a variety of delicious food and the quality is excellent.
Changchun Intercontinental Hotel would still be my preferred choice if I visit to the city next time.
Lastly, I would like to give a 5-Star Rating to Ivy as she deserves it👍🏻

JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

No 23 Dezembro 2025, OS nossos amigos ficaram com SEIS pessoas, e três quartos estão aquecidos para cair. Devemos queixar-nos!
Embora a temperatura exterior seja inferior a 17oC, a temperatura do quarto é 29oC SEM ar condicionado e janela aberta.
A recepção de chamadas diz que o chão é centralmente aquecido. A temperatura não é  ajustada. Vamos apenas não abrir o ar condicionado, CaSO contrário será Mais quente, porque o ar condicionado é aquecido.
Encontramos que a temperatura do Passo é inferior à Da Casa, só podemos abrir a porta.Mas não podemos sempre abrir a porta para dormir. Finalmente, a recepção NOS fornece um ventilador. Abrir a porta antes de dormir, fechar a porta com um ventilador e dormir.
Não Pode ser entendido, Como Pode ser aquecido para 29 graus Celsius?!Um DOS nossos amigos finalmente está febril!É difícil imaginar que no nordeste do inverno, o que está a brincar com o cabelo de Sussur, e SUA camisa Pode ser aquecida no Shop !
