"The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walk to the CBD area, and 6 minutes walk to the Woolworths supermarket, which we found very convenient. The car parking cost $25 per night with limited in and out, for close to CBD I think that’s quite a reasonable pricing. We stayed for 5 nights and extended our stay for another 2 nights there after, the only time they did not clean the room is on Sunday cuz we woke up too late and the cleaning service already went home. Other than that they always keep our room very clean, which we really appreciate. I am a big tea drinker and they always refill my tea :) we love the complimentary buffet style breakfast (western style with fruits, yogurt, toast, croissants, muffins, eggs, sausages, and bacon, coffee, tea, cereals) although we always miss it because they open at 7 am on weekends and 6:30 am on weekdays and we have to leave around 6:40 am most of our stay except the last 3 days. However I love their service, the hotel manager, Dilansh is amazing, during my stay the washing machine and dryer were both under maintenance and she were able to point out where I can do my laundry (10 mins walk) and she were able to refund my future stay because I decided to find another place with the laundry service. Everyone very helpful including the restaurant staff who gave me a take away box for us to take the fruit for breakfast even when it wasn’t 7am yet. I am very grateful for that. The TV in the hotel support chrome cast so you can watch anything from your phone in the big screen. They have a small fitness room and laundry room."

"Only complaint is the location, because buses to Brisbane center has long waiting time. Though it forces this hikikomori to walk more along the beautiful river coast. It is advisable to rent a vehicle beforehand. Also there seems not to be convenience store/supermarket nearby. As for amenities, there is laundry + dryer (AUD 4 + 4) and shared kitchen. But there are no towel, slipper, toothbrush/shaver/shampoo/body wash, so remember to bring your own."

"The Adina is in the heart of the CBD. Just round the corner from the main shopping area and opposite the casino and sky walk.  The greeting when we arrived was warm and welcoming and the spent no time at all getting us checked in and up to our rooms. The studio was beautiful, the entry way had the bathroom to the right and down 3 steps was the bedroom and kitchen facilities. We were Lucy enough to be overlooking the park and could not fault the room set up.  The bed was massive and so comfortable. Plenty of sitting space and very well equiped with iron, ironing board, coffee machine etc.  Check out was seamless and I would highly recommend a stay here"

"Não podíamos falhar o hotel de ponto.O pessoal é amigável e excepcionalmente útil mesmo em tempos ocupados como Anos Novos.As quartos são limpos, bem equipados e muito confortáveis, e o topo do bar e restaurante eram bonitos.Nós ficaremos absolutamente novamente. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (sap/ hand wash and shampoo/conditioner combined were pretty average and not what was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise this was an incredible stay."

"An absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast. I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area. Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved: * the included healthy breakfast, * free on-site parking *Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch) * very friendly and kind staff * neat and good layout of room * comfortable bed * good air conditioning * friendly people throughout the building * walking distance to Chermside shopping centre * excellent price Thing I didn't like as much: * not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways * the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping. Highly recommended."

O banheiro tem áreas secas e molhadas separadas, e os produtos de higiene pessoal são de marcas de alta qualidade. A equipe é simpática e atenciosa, ajudando proativamente com a bagagem e recomendando restaurantes nas proximidades. O buffet de café da manhã oferece uma grande variedade de pratos chineses e ocidentais e é requintado. A academia e a piscina são novas, silenciosas e pouco movimentadas. A localização também é conveniente, a uma curta distância a pé do centro comercial e da estação de metrô. Excelente custo-benefício, altamente recomendado!"

"Good value, right in the CBD which is good for first time visitors. Amenities are average and during my visit in December, there was a lot of renovation work during the day so it was a bit noisy especially when my room was right next to the renovation zone."

"Such a classic old hotel, with gorgeous views and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The location is convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and it is right next to the river and gardens. The only negative was though we had a great check in experience, it was very inconsistent across our group. Despite 2pm check-in, one couple still didn’t have a room at 3.15pm. I’d stay again to check out the facilities as we didn’t have time on this occasion."
