This is in a GREAT location, right at the base of the gondola! The hot tub on the 3rd floor bridge is really big, and a lot of fun being able to look into the village. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Be careful with this greedy and abusive property management. I booked my stay and made a mistake, instead of writing feb 3 to 6, I wrote dec 3 to 6. When I realize the issue I call them 3 days after the booking and they send me to *******. They called and they rejected to change the booking. I had to pay double, would not expect this behaviour other than thieves on the street.
Finally I arrive with my family to this filthy and smelly lodge. Poorly appointed room, no closet space and a horrible dated bathroom. The pool is full of drinking people so couldn t take the kids. Elevator are small and the halways cramped. The only positive was the ski storage, very well taken care by season hired foreign people. They were the best!
Would never return.

Location is awesome to ski. Red pine gondola is right outside the door. Walk to shops and restaurants.

Older furniture and fixtures. Poor acoustics. I was in C205 and I could hear neighbors easily. Easy access to Red Pine lift. Easy ski and boot storage. Easy parking, but I was ticketed for parking in two spaces when I was barely on the next space’s line.

We checked in and the front desk provided a room key that works for the garage parking. On departure date we had a ticket on our rental vehicle. I returned to the front desk and all they could say is that we should have been updated on this.

Updated and clean condo in a wonderful easy access location! I was sensitive to the air fresheners so maybe turn or off for sensitive guests. The detergent was not stocked, however, front desk had some. I would stay again!

It was beautiful. It was romantic. We had a balcony and a full kitchen. And the gentleman at the front desk was super kind and helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had to pay 10 bucks for parking, FYI. But it was in a secure parking garage.

Beautiful setting. Good location. Fireplace didn’t work- had to be fixed twice. Parties in the hallway. Weird smell randomly in the room. Front desk woman needs a holiday. Definitely wouldn’t pay full price during ski season.
