Just returned from a lovely weekend at the Timhotel, Montmartre. Have used this hotel many times when in Paris but this is my first visit back in 7 years. Situated in a beautiful square with nearby restaurants and cafes and near to Sacre Coeur. The area was very busy being Easter weekend but nothing detracts from the splendour of the area. The bedroom was small, quite normal for the area, but functional. The bed was so comfortable, with quality pillows and bedding. Lovely en suite bathroom. We didn’t use the hotel for breakfast and tried different cafes where there was an average price of ten euros. The area, like most of Paris, isn’t cheap when it comes to food and drink but still very much worth the money just for the ambience and the sheer pleasure of being in Montmartre! I have to thank all of the hotel reception staff that we met on this visit - kind, helpful, every one. After a bit of a slog from Charles de Gaulle airport by train into Gare de Nord then taxi up to the hotel, we decided to opt for a taxi transfer on the way back and this was arranged by hotel reception without a problem. Well worth it in my opinion. In closing I would highly recommend the Timhotel and again thank the staff for a fabulous stay in Paris.

A very cost-effective hotel in Paris, all the staff are very warm and thoughtful, and provide a cot for children for free. Located in Montmartre, fifteen minutes walk from the Sacre Coeur Basilica. The Paris Strike Metro operates normally on Line 1, and stays for an average of ten kilometers a day for four days. When leaving, please ask the hotel to help you book a drop-off. The taxi driver's brother is also very caring. The traffic jam in the city is serious and it drove for more than an hour.

We loved this aparthotel. An amazing location and the perfect accommodation solution for 5 fabulous days in Paris. Having a fully stocked kitchenette with a coffee machine was just what we wanted. The location in the middle of Montmartre close to dangerously fabulous patisseries and eclectic shops perfect.

Me and my friend booked three nights here over the weekend. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was as described (a simple continental). Good wifi was available, room was a decent size, bed was comfy, good shower water pressure although it was slightly too short for anyone over 5’6 but we coped. Cleaner came every day but did leave the window wide open and we were on the first floor facing the front so not quite safe. Area itself is nice in the day but at night we felt unsafe as two young women so opted to stay at the hotel as it got dark. During most of our stay, electricity was fine but twice it did go out in the plug sockets for a few minutes so we couldn’t charge or use any appliances. Overall, we got what we paid for and it was a good budget holiday and would recommend if you’re not looking to spend loads.

It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. We stayed for 2 nights at Best Western Hotel Le Montmartre Saint-Pierre. Overall everything was as can be expected. We had a nice quiet room number 18 facing the inner yard. The room was small but adequate with a fitted carpet, a small desk, a kettle, some tea, coffee and milk, an open closet with some cloth hangers, and an small open cupboard for other belongings. The WC and shower were separate and sink was in the room. There was also a tiny safe, not big enough for a laptop. The shower room had 1 mini bottle of conditioner, a soap, a body lotion and a hand lotion. The combined shower gel / shampoo was a big bottle bolted to the wall. The toiletries were not replaced the second day. We went to the reception and spoke with Rahman. His English was so and so, but he made up for that by being very helpful. He got two of the products from the storage right away and brought the body lotion a couple of minutes after to our room. We got mineral water in the room only for the first night. We did not complain about that as there were 2 mini-markets right next door to the hotel. Aldi 1 minute away and Coccinelle 1 minute away, selling ****** own brand products and other brands. Close to the reception there is a little area with some tables and chairs to sit down, to make tea / coffee. They had some renovation work going on during our stay. That did not disturb us that much as it was only during the day and it was not too smelly, noisy or dirty. The only inconvenience it caused was that we had to be careful when walking in the corridors and stairs not to get paint on our clothes. This is a reliable low-cost option to stay in a centrally located area of Paris. A suggestion for improvement would be if they had their checkout at noon like most other hotels do.

I had a double room. It was very clean and calm, with a large bathroom. The rooms' decoration is certainly dated and basic but it is functional. The person at the reception the day I left was extremely helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located: about 100m from Gare Saint Lazare (and the metro) and very close to shops and large department stores in a very lively neighbourhood. I would happily stay there again. Great value for money.

I was robbed here and the employees facilitated it. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I was with a large tour group, and three hours before we were supposed to leave after a ten day long stay, a strange man forced entry (forced? was let in?) to 15 or so of my group’s rooms that we know of, possibly more, if not all. I was robbed. My laptop and iPad were stolen and so were my roommate’s headphones and portable charger, as well as a little bit of cash left on the desk. My suitcase had been rifled through and my belongings strewn about. The hotel desk worker actively made it as difficult as possible to report it. He would not call 112 for me, or translate for me since I do not speak French. He blamed our own tour group, he blamed me for not locking it even though I did, he said their locks could not be broken. Once I finally got ahold of the police, he still would not translate for me and actually lied to them about what happened, according to one of my friends who spoke some French. He would not let us see security footage of the man who broke into the rooms and told us that the manager “would review it in the morning”, conveniently after we would have already left the country. He watched over my shoulder as I was tracking my devices and made phone calls in a language that was not French any time he snuck an update from my phone. They still have not called me with any information, and I don’t believe they will. How else would a stranger have access to so many rooms of just our tour group right before we were supposed to leave if they had not been let in? I had locked my door and had the one and only key they gave my roommate and I with me when it happened. They even barged into rooms people were present inside of, and the employee did absolutely nothing about it. The manager never showed up. Before being robbed, I did not particularly like the hotel in the first place. The rooms themselves were tiny and our bathroom toilet seat had cigarette burn holes in them. All in all a very bad experience with terrible staff who organized for our rooms to be broken into and burgled. Disgusting. I know theft is commonplace in Europe but for it to be so blatantly obviously facilitated by the hotel was infuriating and I could do nothing as I watched them drive away with my devices. Do not stay here. They will arrange for your stuff to be stolen and try to blame it on you.
