A Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression. The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. the maids are very kind, the prices are affordable,he rooms are clean and tidy

酒店位置特別好，旁邊都是餐廳，離地鐵站也特別近。樓上的rooftop很火，可以看到落日和夕陽+埃菲爾鐵塔。但是床不太舒服，1.5m的床，兩邊高中間被睡塌了。

Ótima localização e excelente equipe. O bar da cobertura é imperdível, mas é claro que as bebidas são caras. Ficamos no quarto clássico, que era realmente muito pequeno, sem lugar para colocar nada. Ok para uma estadia de fim de semana, mas se você ficar mais de 4 noites, escolha um quarto maior, se puder pagar. Havia um cheiro muito leve de esgoto no quarto, mas achamos que vinha da rua, pois também podíamos sentir o cheiro no jardim. Paris é cara, claro, mas no geral pensamos que este hotel era um pouco caro e muito apertado.

One of the best hotels in the Latin Quarter, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms with the Eiffel Tower view are the best ways to start and end your day. The balconies have enough privacy that allow you to get lost in the Parisian rooftops and watch the tower sparkle at night.

Rooms were pretty small and hard to move around, with a bit of an odor when you walked in. Space was modern but not as functional as one would hope, sliding doors didn’t work well and harder for anyone with large luggage to open

Just as I thought I’ve found my favorite hotels after ten years of going to Paris, I stumble across HDDA and its raving reviews. HDDA is simply phenomenal in that regard. The staff gives exceptional personalized service. I happened to mention on check-in that this was a birthday trip and they went out of their way to remember with their little gestures of thoughtfulness. The reception staff —Gabriella, Clémence, Erwin, Gladys, Alice, and especially Remi are exceptional. And Nabil…Bravo! Truly outstanding customer service from the hotel technician. Thank you all. I can’t wait to return next year.

If you’re young or old but hip to the love of life then this Hotel is for you! Such an amazing view when you book the terrace Eiffel. The staff is so professional and the room cleaning service isn’t just limited to a set time in the morning they will come back whenever you’re ready. This hotel was the foundation to an amazing experience for my girl friend’s birthday getaway. Bring the one you love.
