Um hotel boutique muito agradável, muito limpo e com bom café da manhã em um bairro maravilhoso em Paris. Perto de estações de metro, a uma curta distância da Ópera e das Galerias Lafayette. Pode-se caminhar também para Monmartre! O mais importante é que a equipe é muito educada e atenciosa!

Beware of misleading practices. The hotel advertises "free cancellation" until the day before check-in for an extra fee. It also offers the option to pay at the hotel instead of in advance. After booking, management will email you and say that no, free cancellation is only until 21 days before checkin, and that you must pay immediately to confirm your reservation. They are discourteous and a bit shady, so take that into account. Such policies are fine if disclosed, but don't trick and mislead your customers — be upfront and honest.

Tucked away in a relatively quiet side street, reception is always staffed. Lucky I had checked Google maps beforehand so knew what to look out for. About 15 min walk from Gare du Nord.
Our premium room was a good size (for Paris), excellent wifi signal. Breakfast was outstanding, individual serving of boiled egg, fruit salad, ham and cheese, crepe, yogurt with coulis, bread, jams and spreads, croissants, pain au choc, fresh orange juice and coffee.
Location is just below Mon**artre hill, about 5 mins walk from several metro stations. You can see the Sacre Coeur from about 100m away from the hotel. Area is hilly, but nothing too extreme. Good value restaurants around, if you like to explore.

When you read the description of the hotel, it still so amazing to actually see it. It does not disappoint. All hotel rooms in Paris are tiny and so are these but when I tell you how functional, but still trendy. I loved it. Front desk staff all were helpful and gave suggestions on where to go. The steps are narrow and spiral, but it just adds to the charm of the hotel. As well as the small elevator. The location is perfect with so many restaurants and things to do. They are walking distance to Mon**arte, which is a must to visit. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Paris.

The hotel is a lovely, boutique hotel with super friendly staff. It is located in a quiet street that is close to Cadet metro and all the amenities you need to hand. It is also within 15 mins walk of Gare du Nord. The room I had was comfortable and clean. The facilities are starting to show their use, but that is a quibble. I do think they could provide more than just a couple of bottles of water given the price of the room. You can also hear people passing your room very clearly. The prices of Paris hotels are steep, but I would say that I was charged an excessive amount, but apparently it was Paris Fashion Week? An opportunity to inflate prices? The receptionist, a young woman from Albania, was a delightful person, very friendly and positive.

Staff were professional and helpful. Great advice on what to see in Paris. Room and bathroom were clean, modern. Breakfast pastry and coffee were a great start to the day. Location is moderate walk from Gara du Norde and an easy walk from several metro station. The neighborhood has options for cafe and patisserie so keep notes as you walk from the train station.

A wonderful time spent in this lovely individual hotel. Just returned from a 4 night break with family. Great location to Sacre Coeur and Monmatre. Easy base to central Paris via the Metro or for those who don’t mind stretching your legs, it is a nice walk. We were welcomed by the owner and he kindly provided a map and showed us the best places to go. Recommended Le Jardain du Palais Royal, this was a real gem to visit. A quiet sanctuary obviously loved by Parisains to meet and play as a family. Thank you for a lovely stay.
