Podem ver pelas fotos o estado em que encontramos a casa de banho a chegada. Contactámos o host a expor a situação e a pedir que fossem limpar e não o fizeram em nenhum dos dias em que estivemos lá alojadas. Apesar da localização boa as condições são péssimas. Não recomendo de todo!

The bathroom was not clean when we checked In at the apartment. The shower was completly dirty as you can see in the pictures that we immediatly sent. No one came to clean, altough the host said that they’ll going to solve it the next day. The Staff left towels on the next day but the bathroom remained unclean! And the apartment door open. We try to talk again to the host several times but no one solved the issue or at least offered a compensation. We didn’t showered for two days because of this! The beds were really unconfortable. There was an elevator but wasn't working.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans l'appartement WS Saint Lazare Opéra, nous souhaitons revenir pour des raisons professionnelles car l'appartement se trouve juste en face de la gare qui me permet d'aller facilement à mon siège. Je recommande pour les travailleurs sur Paris !
