The basin was clogged on the first day, and it was disgusting. However, I provided feedback to the reception on the second day, and they sent someone to fix it. So the problem was solved. Overall, I was quite happy and grateful for the reception giving me my requested view with a bathtub. Looking out from the room on the 30th floor, facing the breathtaking view and river, it just made my day when I woke up or was going to rest. The bed is huge and firm, a plus point for giving me a good rest after a day of walking. However, I was just a little bit disappointed because initially, I was told that the indoor swimming pool was free for guests. Still, when I revisited on the second day, I found out that I have to pay for it. The breakfast was average. There is still room for improvement for the choices of bread, cheeses, yogurts, and hot food, etc.

The hotel from outside look old but inside is ok and the room is big compare other hotel. It about 15min walk to Eiffel Tower and metro station. It very convenient to walk around . The disadvantage is the toilet don’t have basin for wash hand , only have one basin at shower room.

Nice view from the hotel room and the breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect, only 10 mins walk from metro or RER with the nice view of Eiffel Tower and Champ de mars.

Location is good and if you are lucky you can get a good river view as you see one of the reviews. Please DO NOT expect nice views and book the family room (double bed with double sofa bed with city view). Exterior is pretty good enough but as soon as you go into to room you will get disappointed. Old fans make noise, amenities are just shampoo, hand wash, body wash. No water. If you wanna have some water, you need to bring your own bottles and go down next to the reception and get tap water all the time. The hotel even don’t provide guests empty jugs or bottles. Staff attitudes? I can’t believe that here it’s a multiracial nation here. Oh not so many Asian actually. RACISM! I definitely can tell here, this hotel a lot of guests must feel and see racist attitudes and remarks like one of staff copied what I said. my accent and sarcastic. It was my worst hotel experience in my life. Better choose the other hotels if you don’t want to ruin your trip especially Asian, Latin and people who’s mother tongue isn’t English. I’m not sure African-American because I didn’t see them at this hotel during my stay.

Every thing was excellent and perfect my husband and I enjoyed my time in the hotel as usual. the staff in the reception are very kind and helpful.
The hotel is wonderfully located within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and several shops and a fairly decent mall.
Not to forget, the breakfast is really awesome!!

不要期望太高，考慮價錢不高是可以接受。 酒店以環保為主題，冇牙刷、牙膏及hand cream等面等小物但有shower gel and shampoo .
房有暖気，風筒，水煲及咖啡包。
步行約10分鐘去最近的地鐵站或者行20分鐘到巴黎鐵塔。 酒店另一邊行5分鐘有大型商場超級市場。

大床風景房，房間設施很舊，冰箱是壞的，冰箱燈燈壞了一直閃門還是透明的關燈後像**。沒有mini bar，早餐很難吃還特意為了嘗試花了19歐買的，水壺很多水垢，風景還不錯能看到塞納河但是看不到鐵塔。

Great location as you are a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower which gives you access to the hop on hop off buses and 5 minutes from a shopping centre, supermarket and metro. The beauty of this location is stepping out of the hotel and seeing the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast is very good as is the service. There is a €10 charge for use of the swimming pool for an hour, but free for U13’s accompanied by an adult. Not really worth it. Apart from that, highly recommend.
