Staffs are very friendly. I booked a wrong date and they helped me to change to the right day with a little extra charge but it was perfect help. Neighbor were nice and friendly as well. I will definitely come to stay again in the future. There were many free snacks, drinks, bread in the lobby. The hotel atmospheres is cute and nice decoration. The room was quite big and clean. The bed is soft and well bed. We came with 4 and 4 of us were happy and joyful with staffs and manager.

Card hotel is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff! My boyfriend and I had an amazing time staying there. A great location away from tourist areas but close to metro stations so you can easily get around. The hotel was beautiful. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Nice design hotel! Rooms are small but smart design makes up for it. Bed linnen great. Complimentary minibar with some drinks. Location also good but small walk to metro line 2. Ladies behind reception very customer friendly and good english speakers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Card Hotel, which is a lovely, modern boutique hotel with exceptionally nice staff. The hotel might be a good 30 min walk away from Arc de Triomphe but it is a lovely neighborhood and lovely walk through Paris. We highly recommend the bistro next door which severs superb French cuisine und wine!!

The hotel refused to honor my booking because I was traveling with a service dog with ALL of the legal documents to support me. I finally had to call the police. They made me feel terrible about my disability 😞. When the police came they finally allowed me to stay . Then they told me I could not bring the dog to the breakfast area. But what is the point of a service dog if not to accompany me everywhere to help me in case of a problem…then, they changed my room. I had booked a king size bed and they put me in a tiny queen size bed justifying the change by saying that that was the only room they could put a dog in! Very little compassion and completely illegal. By then I was so mad and hurt by their attitude that I left the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, nice and clean. Great location, only a short stroll via bars and restaurants to get to closest metro links. There is a grocery shop directly across the road which is open 7am-10pm which was ideal. Staff were amazing, can’t say enough how helpful and friendly they were, giving us a map of Paris and recommendations of where to go and places to eat. Overall fantastic trip. Thanks so much for everything xx
