Howard Hotel Paris Orly Airport

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. Not recommended at all. The rooms are very SMALL and DIRTY. All the furnitures and amenities are of the LOWEST POSSIBLE QUALITY. Most of the rooms SMELL very bad. The food is DISGUSTING, very bad quality. It is surrounded by a motorway and the only option you have for a walk is a Carrefour on the other side of the motorway. The personnel is warm and smiley, but they are NOT WELL TRAINED. They don’t respect the “Do not disturb” sign, they go into the room even with this sign placed outside. There is nobody in the cafeteria, neither the gym or sauna, thus it is not an attractive plan. IT HAS NOT 4 STARS!! IT IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!

I am currently staying here overnight before my next flight and it has been a nigh**are. First, after multiple requests to the hotel for shuttle service I stood in the rain for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to collect me. When I arrived, I spoke French, as I’ve been doing since I’m 13 years old, and the manager and his staff spoke English back, which I find completely rude. To which I told the manager and his response was to scream about ‘all you Americans’ and was frankly EXTREMELY threatening. I was given a room on the first floor which was overwhelmingly loud with traffic and trucks rumbling by. I went back down to the lobby to request another room and was given one on the upper floor which was quiet BUT I had no idea how any of the lights work ( I guess you put your card in a slot to activate them to which the manager told me ‘everyone knows’ except me... Then I wanted room service but couldn’t find any hotel information or menu, so I picked up the phone to call downstairs and the phone didn’t work! So I have to go back downstairs to request a menu (which strangely was printed out for me?) and was given another phone - which also doesn’t work. The woman at reception came up to take and bring my dinner order which was satisfactory but the amount of vodka that was supposedly to be made into a cocktail was laughable. I will go down to have breakfast shortly and will see how the experience plays out.

Friendly n helpful staff, the place was very clean. What an amazing hotel to stay at.

Hôtel bien situé a seulement quelques minutes de l aéroport d Orly. Parking sur place Nous sommes arrivés tardivement nous avons été très bien accueilli Chambre spacieuse et calme, bien insonorisée Petit déjeuner correct Une adresse très pratique quand on prend l avion

Super, à la porte de l aéroport, service très gentil et restauration exceptionnelle qualité/prix.

Jolies chambres possédant une belle salle de bain en marbre blanc, situé juste en face du centre commercial carrefour donc pratique niveau commodités. Le personnel de cet hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnel que ce soit à la réception, petit déjeuner ou les étages. Vraiment bienveillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon on peut y trouver des produits frais faits maison. Bref si de passage sur Orly n'hésitez pas à y séjourner.

Hotel pequeño cerca dem aeropuerto de Paris Orly. Tiene a 50 metros un centro comercial con un gran Carrefour. Habitaciones pequeñas bien equipadas. Instalaciones muy limpias. El desayuno buffet está bastante bien aunque no hay muchas opciones a elegir.

Restaurant plutôt haut de gamme . Les tarifs vont de paire. le repas est bon, le service aussi, cadre agréable. La soirée à été bonne mais peut descendre un peu les tarifs serait ideal. Mais je ne regrette pas . Merci

Serviable, de bonne humeur😃 réactif. Sinon à peine à 7 minutes de l'aéroport, nickel. Pour une nuit y a pas mieux. Rapport/prix 👍 On n'a pas testé le resto,car fermé ce soir là ;donc livraison uber. Eh navette free Pas plus à vous dire..........
