"Staff were nice and very courteous. Anything we asked for or needed they meet our needs with no issue. Rooms were clean. Breakfast space was big and comtable. Breakfast was very good and had lots to choose from. There was laundry at our floor, very convenient not to go down to the lobby. The family and I had a great stay, would recommend."

"Good hotel overall but certain things in the room are not properly maintained or working: show water pressure extremely low, shower water converter device old and stuck, room door can't properly close... Day time staff very nice and helpful. Lobby nice and cozy."

"I checked in for a one night stay and found it satisfactory. The check in process was easy, but it took a while because I was behind a large group when I arrived and only one person was at the front desk. Once a second person showed up, I was helped, but then they offered me a bottle of water they did not have available. Instead of taking one from the convenience shop, it was just ”oh well.” I ended up getting one later when I stopped back at the desk, so it was not as huge deal. Room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, well stocked, and had good water pressure. The only negative thing about the location is the weird traffic pattern at the hotel. In order to leave, you have to drive all the way around the buildings next door. Very odd."

"We were impressed with how clean this facility is. The tub/shower were exceptionally clean. Bed linens & sheets were bright white. We chose not to have housekeeping come in during our 5 night stay but we were able to get extra towels & bathroom supplies as needed. Room has a good sized fridge & a Keurig machine complete with coffee pods. Service staff pleasant & helpful. Breakfast had a good variety: cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, juices, meats, waffle station, bagels, yogurt., coffee, tea, hot chocolate. On the downside the bathroom is very small & while the size can’t be expanded there is room for improvement. Toilet is very low. There was no vanity/counter space & the only electrical outlet was in an awkward spot on the other side of the toilet. In the bedroom there weren’t enough options to store clothing. Absolutely no drawers or adequate shelving. We had to live out of our suitcase for 5 days., not ideal. The decor was rather stark, invest a little in decorating & the impact will be amazing. Entrance from busy highway is a little dangerous, we discovered the hotel could be accessed from a back road & that’s how we entered & left the parking lot. I overall, I would recommend this hotel."

"I wasn't told that the pool was closed when I booked the hotel. I brought two 8 year old and a 1 year old that were all excited to go swimming as that's why I picked this hotel that had the pool. They would no reimburse us. I called trips.com and atleast got a 60$ refund which I believe wasn't enough due to the fact that I choose this particular hotel because it showed they had a pool and that's one of the main reasons we wanted to come. The kids were extremely upset because they didn't get to swim. Also the bathroom was covered with tiny black spiders. The kids were afraid so I had cleaned it up before telling the front desk. The workers were great but unhappy with the bathroom and the fact that there was no pool."
