Resort facility is amazing. So many things to do. Staff are amazing. Good variet of restaurants but Foods and drinks is over priced. Sea view rooms are big and amazing but in the whole week we stayed they didnt vacuum the floor and clean toilet and just changed sheets and towels.

Fabulous Resort! Moreover, the staff is amazing and extremely friendly. We had a brunch at Poseidon's and Cendrick was one of a kind; Very attentive and super helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

The property was beautiful so much sea life around you loved every minute. I did the ultimate trainer with my family and it was an experience of a lifetime.

Other than the two ladies who helped me upon checkout, my experience wasn’t very good. I was never told I had a $200 resort credit. Which went to waste and they wouldn’t credit me.
The staff overall (except the two hosts) were quite rude and not very welcoming. No one ever smiled. Everyone looked annoyed to be at work. I truly did not enjoy the experience at all.

This was my 1st trip to the Bahamas and i will definitely be returning next winter. Tue property, food options, and attractions are bith family friendly accessible.

The room itself was very nice. Clean and felt newish. I don’t know why some hotels eliminate the bed sheet, but this is one of them. There is only a comforter and no sheet.
Also the purpose of this stay was to use the water park on our last day before our early evening flight. They did not mention that you are required to have a wrist band in order to use the park, or which you must obtain before checking out. This was not clear to us, as we have never stayed here before. So it was a huge hassle to get a wrist band after we had checked out.
Otherwise the facilities are great. The water park definitely is a highlight and I wouldn’t pass it up.
Also the amount of aquariums on the property is pretty spectacular.
