Don’t book through Orbitz. You don’t get Marriott points. Also it was hassle getting the $200 credit.
Bummer is ALL outside eating places close by 4:30pm. Limited indoor dining that too closes by 9:30 or so. Exorbitantly expenses given their limited options. Staff is not very friendly when comes to dining. Do not plan to return here.

Passport was stolen by the staff out of our room. Hotel manager could care less about it. Took the fun right out of the trip. Never again….

We stayed in a room with access to the Lapis Lounge. The in room dining menu was poor with very limited options ie Tukey club sandwich. We had to leave crockery outside the room and this was still on the corridors in the morning. Water was provided in the rooms but the in room bar was empty. The Lapis lounge was a dissapoin**ent. Breakfast was the same every day with bread or croissant and scrambled egg. The staff did not bother to fill up finished platters of snacks at other times. The swimming pools are good. Our room faced the adult pool and we had blaring music from 10-7. 15 percent added to all bills as gratuity but staff still wait to be tipped.

Beautiful property with pristine beaches. Cove open air lobby was amazing. All Atlantis resorts were beautiful. Wonderful service with plenty of food options. Chop Stix was little disappointing, service and food was below standards.

It’s a beautiful hotel! Many employees are so nice; however, others seem to be very unhappy. The grounds were kept very clean and well manicured.
