The place is very nice but the pool it’s a little bit dirty, I like the views but the shower doesn’t have sliding doors And you can’t watch the TV it’s a Korean It supposed to be English or Filipino Channel Because you’re in the Philippines! the amenities it’s not Complete Really disappointingand There’s more!!!  a power outage! Yes! You can read that out loud the electricity cut off for how many hours 🙄 Definitely not coming back! It was a terrible!

Let’s start from the good parts:
* The service was great, always welcome you with a smile and greeting.
* location- although it takes 15 mins to Alona beach , it was not bad or we didn’t feel a burden from it.
* soft towels , pillow, soft duvet, soft toilet paper - really good.
Now for the bad parts:
The hotel has a lot of potential to be great. But unfortunately it doesn’t do much to be like that.
* breakfast - the worst I’ve ever had. No western selection, no omelette, no cappuccino.
* pool - is great when it’s clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and we complained about it and they cleaned it a day after but still , it must be maintain.
* the AC remote function is only in Chinese , don’t understand that point at all. Why it’s not in English? No user friendly.

1.原訂2024年8月24日自碼頭接送到飯店，飯店搞錯成23日去接，結果變成24日到碼頭沒人來接… 自行叫車到飯店。
2.酒店付款只能用現金，無法使用國際信用卡挺不方便，check in還需支付2000 Peso押金，退房時要等候約5分鐘確認房間OK後才會退還。
3.游泳池深度很淺(約計90cm-100cm)，水質看起來都有點渾濁，水質也是鹹鹹的，對於喜歡游泳的客人恐怕不合適，小孩頗失望…
4.房間外陽台清潔不夠落實，踏板區還有煙蒂殘留，洗手台水杯未清洗乾淨。
5.房間設備未全部維護好，淋浴區使用不便，排水不佳會積水，容易滲水到外頭，淋浴支架也差不多要脫落。
6.健身房未清潔好與檢查落實，去的時候連跑步機插頭也是錯的未能正常使用。
7.房間住宿尚算舒適、戶外公共區域清潔佳，加強細節可以有更好的住宿體驗給房客們。

예약단계에서 여러가지 문의사항에 대해 신속하고 친절하게 안내해 주었습니다. 거의 부속건물이라고 할 만큼 숙소에 바로 붙어 있는 상가 건물에 편의점 세븐***과 의원이 있어 타 숙소 대비 편의성이 높았습니다. 수영하다 보면 장염이 생기기 쉬운데, 의원이 있어서 너무나 좋았습니다. 수영장은 성인 허리 정도 높이로 아이들이 놀기에 적합합니다. 조식은 간단히 먹을 정도로 생각한다면 이용할 만 합니다. 신축건물이라 깔끔한 편입니다. TV, 에어컨 등 가전기기가 중국어로 세팅되어 있어, 중국어를 모르는 경우 약간의 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다. 직원분들은 늘 친절합니다. 비치타월을 비용없이 계속해서 빌려주기 때문에 짐을 줄일 수 있었습니다. 위치상 강점이 있습니다. 공항, 일몰 핫플인 노스젠빌라, 맥도널드, 알로나비치 등의 중간 지점에 있기 때문에 툭툭이 이용 편도 100~150페소 정도로 모두 다녀올 수 있습니다.

위치는 알로나 비취에서 좀 떨어져 있으나 지은지 얼마 되지 않아 시설은 깨끗하였다. 숙소 발코니 앞으로 아이들이 놀기 좋은 풀장이 있어 아이들이 있는 가족에게 좋다. 다만 조식은 기대를 하지 말아야 된다. 개인적인 취양이지만 우리 가족 에게는 좋지 않은 조식 이였다.

알로나비치까지 툭툭이 타고 10분정도 거리고, 비치가는 길에 맛집들이 많네요. 리조트는 깨끗하고, 직원 응대가 빠르며, 수영장에서 아이들 재밌게 놀았어여. 예뻐서 사진찍기도 좋고요. 다음에 또 가고싶어요
