I think the hotel restaurant is good. The reception staff is decent. I would love to stay next time.

It was a pleasant stay again here at Bella Vista as I have to visit Panchkula for my business purpose. Now the staff is families with me and all my requirements and they do what is needed well before in time. I appreciate the efforts they put starting from the time they recive reservation till departure. From Sending whtsapp msg to call post departure. That is the reason I am writing this review. Good job done by Bella Vista team. Keep it up

very close to kalka station - 500 mts, walking distance, nice rooms, smiling people, worth to stay, THEY do not make food there, but they can arrange. reasonable rate. u can pick up toy train , they small & big rooms, with all facilty. clean and neat. smilig people. LIFT is yet to operate.

It’s amazing stay. Service and food quality was excellent. We had all three meals there all was fantastic with good taste. In the breakfast and dinner ended with Rajasthani Fock musical bad. There is food ***eger Mr Sartaj, he is very kind and good service provider. Our all stayed in Welcomeharitage Ramgarh was remember able because of Mr Sartaj. Thanks Welcome heritage team.

Location good, room and washroom are considerably spacious. Breakfast was given in room only (on order) and not served buffet. I paid charges for a breakfast buffet (approx inr 800) but was offered in room breakfast. Neat room and bathroom, clean towels. Overall good experience, recommended for business stays.

They have an INOX in the same premises and they boast about their restaurant ”Aasma” at 11th floor. At a 250 meters walk, there's Chokhi Dhani - A display of Rajasthani culture. Will be writing about Chokhi Dhani separately. Pros: Good for night stay if you want to break journey while going towards Shimla, Chail, Kasauli, Solan, Kufri, Mashobra etc. Aasma is a revolving restaurant - you must visit once for both food and experience Cons: Housekeeping is absent -minded. You have to continuously follow up or send reminders Upkeep: The property is nice but upkeep is not fine. Bathroom drain was choked, wooden floor tiles were loose. Overall: Nice for the area it is situated. Wont suggest long stays. Good for breaking journey.
