Hotel Riu Plaza Panama

Serviço: O serviço ao cliente foi muito bom! Todos os indivíduos foram muito calorosos e corteses, especialmente os funcionários da cozinha no período da manhã. Café da manhã: O café da manhã era muito bom. Havia muitos itens para escolher. Eles também tentaram mudar os diferentes itens/opções de comida diariamente. Localização: O hotel fica um pouco distante do aeroporto de Tocumen, talvez cerca de 20-30 minutos de carro. O hotel fica ao lado de um KFC. Existem alguns restaurantes e um bar nas proximidades. Os táxis são fáceis de obter no hotel. Dependendo do seu destino, a tarifa é a partir de 5 USD. Casco Viejo fica a cerca de 15 minutos. Comodidades: Eu realmente não amei as comodidades. Eles não foram fornecidos escova de dentes / pasta de dentes e outras coisas comuns que eu esperava no que se refere às comodidades. Aniversário: Era aniversário da minha esposa e saímos e voltamos e vimos que o hotel deixou uma deliciosa fatia de bolo, frutas e uma carta em nossa mesa para minha esposa. OBRIGADO!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 O hotel estava limpo. A área do lobby é ótima para fotos. O processo de check-in foi tranquilo. A piscina tem bar e restaurante com preços razoáveis! Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia 😊😊😊

O chão tinha um cheiro estranho, cheiro de umidade, como se todos os tapetes estivessem molhados, mesmo dentro do quarto. Room Sevice leva para eeeeeever... /shrug Recepção útil. ENORME buffet de café-da-manhã e muito bom! Coquetéis agradáveis no lobby/lounge.

Absolutely fantastic stay! I truly enjoyed Riu from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I appreciate the staff and the quick convenience of check in process. Not only was the rooms absolutely spotless and clean but their were plenty of elevators to get to the rooms. I really enjoyed the pressed juice from the breakfast the most (absolutely fresh and excellent). The breakfast buffet was a nice feature to have at our time there, along with looking out to the pool(do wish the pool was a tad bit bigger). IT IS A MUST YOU TRY THE RESTAURANT TASTE AND THE BARTENDER DRINKS. Absolutely probably one of the best in the city! The meal at taste was exceptional and the prices are perfect (please don't change because I plan on coming back). From start to finish Riu made my birthday experience worthwhile in Panama. I honestly wouldn't have changed it for the world! Thank you for the housekeeping for always keeping our room clean and us being so trustworthy of leaving suitcase and clothes items out and it wasn't even moved an inch. The beds were some of the most comfiest sheets we slept on in a while and the bathroom was so big and spacious with DOUBLE sinks! We appreciate the friendliness and excitement in activities and guest that we saw everyday. If you are not staying at Riu then what are you doing?

Easy check-in Great bell boys. Dirty, musty rooms, obvious maintenance only made the beds after we checked in and requested the room be cleaned again. The mini bar smelt sour, the place was dusty, the entire floor smelt musty, no basic toiletries as advertised, the room wasn't set up for 2 as booked. HIGHLY ANNOYING RIDING THE ELEVATOR TO THE 28TH FLOOR AND BACK TO THE LOBBY EVRY SINGLE DAY. The key card needed to be reprogrammed at least twice a day, there's been no upgrade to the hotel amenities, pool opens from 8am to 8pm. Breakfast was truly hit or miss ,eggs were over done, meat opens over done, the serving spoons weren't changed enough to be probably hygienic. RIU is horrible for the 6nights we booked, it was a shopping trip and we were gone all day and still came back to unchanged sheets and towels. Then to have a stolen psycho bunny shirt I bought for someone stolen with the bag and receipt off the counter by the bed ...... smh staff acting like it's impossible and didn't want to pull camera records 😒 worst hotel experience EVER, we came from Mexico at the fives and hyatt vivid to riu and I will NOT RECOMMEND, go to a airbnb this place is horrible.

This hotel is realy overrated !! 🙄 pool is too small and not realy clean...not inviting. Pool and restaurant service is a nightmare.

I always stay at this property whenever I am in panama. Their breakfast selection is amazing. Rooms are good size. Beds are comfortable. Will always recommend

Excellent choice in Panama City, the rooms are perfect, neighbourhood is great with endless number of restaurants. Continental breakfast is amazing. We stayed here for 10 days, however 1 single issue did confuse & upset us: Here was the scenario explained to them: - 10 nights of stay - guest A&B stayed for the first 6 days. - guest A alone 7th day - guest A&C the last 3 nights. Told them upfront that 1 guest leaves & another will join later. They charged $27.5/day, admin fee to change a guest name!? This was after suggesting that we cancel with Trip.com & rebook again with the correct names. We told them it doesn’t make sense to do that & it was disappointing that they couldn’t offer any solution to a customer who just gave them 10 days of business & being a Riu Class member loyal to this chain.
