When we arrived we checked in and our bathroom wasn’t very clean. Beard hair was on and around the sink and toothpaste residue was on the faucet. We stayed 3 nights and asked for a room refresh and never got it. You can tell that it is an older hotel but that doesn’t mean it has to be dirty. Probably won’t stay there again.

Floor was nasty all plugs in room were a mess couldn’t plug in devices without them falling out . Hotel needs some upgrades , bed was caving in the middle .
This hotel use to be a fairly nice . Not anymore definitely want stay again
And they want a $50 deposit for something that’s is in need of a lot of work

Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again! We stayed two nights and the heater wouldn’t heat up the room because there was a gap going all the way around the door so there was cool air coming in from the outside making it very hard to sleep in the room by the door. Two mornings in the row, (someone with a master key) kept trying to come in the room around 6 in the morning even with the DND sign on the door. Good thing we had the latch on the door or else they would have just walked right into the room. No one knocked or anything.

It's like buying a car knowing you have to put money into it, knowing it will still stall on you; but the car was only $500 so it's worth standing on the side of the road

I know what an excellent property is and this is not 10/10. Just as many 10/10 aspects of the property are equally pooor 1/10 qualities; be prepared for the 1's

Terrible place, the staff didn’t acknowledge my husband when he came down to renew the night before, so when morning came, they didn’t value our reservation & took our money!! Jus terrible & for my birthday weekend as well.

Better care could definitely be taken of the property and housekeeping could do better. Another elevator would be very conveinent. Staff is otherwise very friendly and helpful.
