The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

We loved the stay @ The crown. View , rooms, food , staff , ambience everything was perfect and cherishes. Daisy Dsouza staff from The Crown was very helpful and she gentle speaking. She went out of the way to maintain and perform her duties and job in providing the best service related to booking , check-in , check-out and also helped to give best room. It was my elder sister's bday and she really surprised with cake in the hotel which made our bday celebration so special. I recommend this and give 5 star . ***ju Sachdev.

Initially we were skeptical about the place, however ,the moment we checked out the rooms, we were sure of occupying the rooms comfortably for the next 2 days. Very neat, clean spacious rooms with a sit out space. You feel connected and get that 'at-home' feel esp after going thro the mult fam photos and the Rebelos family tree, put up on walls, nd discovering that the place has more than a century old history! being located at the heart of the city, it has an easy access to places & is just a 3 min walk from cruise @ Mandovi. Good wifi connectivity available. Since meals not included in stay, we ordered online, necessary cutlery is provided at hotel. They hv a fridge storage & a microwave oven if needed. Our room had a kitchentte space, so eating in room was not at all messy. Owner is friendly and guides u well for local trips.

Brilliant Location for short and long stay , I have stayed at the hotel more than one time , looking forward to more stays . It was more of business visit so this place is ideal for calm and cosy stay away from all the tourist crowd but also very close to a many calm beaches nearby. Rooms I stayed were spacious,clean and service is good . Front desk Afra Lobo is brilliant, helpful and soft spoken. Only point of discomfort is no restaurant in the hotel but you can find nearby many restaurants and also city center is very close by . Best is the Sundeck view from the rooms to the Arabian sea.

If you opt to stay in Panjim and have lot of outdoors to do, this place is your best bet. The hotel is compact, boutique style and xtremely neat. Breakfast is a small set menu of doas/Parathas, tea,omelette, orange tang and served in a tastefully done up cafeteria. Absolutely safe, near the main Dayanand Bandodkar road. Casinos, jetty, Restaurants nearby (only u hv to follow google maps) The staff were very courteous, polite and the whole area gave positive vibes. Not for large groups maybe but perfect for couples and small families. Toilet was a bit cramped but it didn't bother us much as we were out touring. Compactness, cleanliness and location were our priorities, so we found this place perfect -husband wife and 10 Yr old son!

Absolutely stay away from this place if you are planning workation. Or even a Holiday. Cos there's no signal availability in the dorms. Wifi is unreliable. Oh, btw u can't even confirm this by contacting them because no one attends the phone call. Even if u r trying to locate the place, no one is available. I tried for a whole week to enquire before booking but nope. Couldn't get thro The hostel doesn't even have a proper signage that indicates d entrance (it has a sign that says Bombay coffee roasters). Very sad bathrooms. Just 2 for all d dorms on group floor. And there's no separate bathroom for men n women. The women's dorm - doesn't even have a latch!! And the luggage storage is a cage with zero security. Even if u bring ur own lock it doesn't help bcos it's just a cage that goes under d bed with no cover on top of it. U can lock it on one end to jus limit it's movement. Ppl can see what u hav in there! I want to check out even if it means foregoing the amount paid. Will do that tmrw. This place isn't worth it.

A small but well maintained boutique Hotel, we had a good experience at their property. Listing the pros and cons for the benefit of other travelers Pros 1) Very well located with respect to tour bookings, car and bike rentals, knick knack shopping, Panjim church, good restaurants, ******s. These are all walkable from the property. 2) They are a very easy going and willing to accommodate special requests happily. The staff has a perpetual happy to help vibe, which is very comforting. 3) The property as well as the neighborhood is extremely photogenic. You just can’t get enough of photos here. 4) Reliable wifi 5) Beds are HUGE and rooms clean and decent sized. 6) They have a taxi service tie up, which though quite pricy was reliable for tricky airport drop times. 7) Food is homely and comforting Cons 1) No room service 2) The rooms may get noisy due to the windows opening to a traffic road. Restaurant closes at 10:30, which is bit early for tourists. Also considering the fact that most typical attractions of goa like beaches, churches etc are quite far off from Panjim and more often than not it gets late to reach the hotel following a day trip. 3) We stayed during the monsoons and there was a musty smell owing to the heavy woodwork. However, they were happy and quick to offer us a better room as it was available. 4) parking may be tricky, but again the staff, happy to help!!

Absolutely stay away from this place if you are planning workation. Or even a Holiday. Cos there's no signal availability in the dorms. Wifi is unreliable. Oh, btw u can't even confirm this by contacting them because no one attends the phone call. Even if u r trying to locate the place, no one is available. I tried for a whole week to enquire before booking but nope. Couldn't get thro The hostel doesn't even have a proper signage that indicates d entrance (it has a sign that says Bombay coffee roasters). Very sad bathrooms. Just 2 for all d dorms on group floor. And there's no separate bathroom for men n women. The women's dorm - doesn't even have a latch!! And the luggage storage is a cage with zero security. Even if u bring ur own lock it doesn't help bcos it's just a cage that goes under d bed with no cover on top of it. U can lock it on one end to jus limit it's movement. Ppl can see what u hav in there! I want to check out even if it means foregoing the amount paid. Will do that tmrw. This place isn't worth it.

Location, comfort and visual appeal are united in this hotel. It actually feels like a real heritage place thanks to the tasteful way in which it is decorated and run. We stayed in a deluxe room, which felt worth the extra cost thanks to the beautiful furniture and the balcony. Breakfast was tasty and the waiters exceptional friendly (as was the staff in general. Lovely atmosphere and soul - this is the kind of place i prefer to ”splurge” on when travelling.

The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. Initially we were skeptical about the place, however ,the moment we checked out the rooms, we were sure of occupying the rooms comfortably for the next 2 days. Very neat, clean spacious rooms with a sit out space. You feel connected and get that 'at-home' feel esp after going thro the mult fam photos and the Rebelos family tree, put up on walls, nd discovering that the place has more than a century old history! being located at the heart of the city, it has an easy access to places & is just a 3 min walk from cruise @ Mandovi. Good wifi connectivity available. Since meals not included in stay, we ordered online, necessary cutlery is provided at hotel. They hv a fridge storage & a microwave oven if needed. Our room had a kitchentte space, so eating in room was not at all messy. Owner is friendly and guides u well for local trips.

If you opt to stay in Panjim and have lot of outdoors to do, this place is your best bet. The hotel is compact, boutique style and xtremely neat. Breakfast is a small set menu of doas/Parathas, tea,omelette, orange tang and served in a tastefully done up cafeteria. Absolutely safe, near the main Dayanand Bandodkar road. Casinos, jetty, Restaurants nearby (only u hv to follow google maps) The staff were very courteous, polite and the whole area gave positive vibes. Not for large groups maybe but perfect for couples and small families. Toilet was a bit cramped but it didn't bother us much as we were out touring. Compactness, cleanliness and location were our priorities, so we found this place perfect -husband wife and 10 Yr old son!

We stayed at The Fern Residency for 4 nights in September 2023.It was a worthwhile experience. Location also very close to the Miramar riverside promenade. Hotel is just 6 minutes from the beach. Our special thanks to Ms Varsha and Mr Kumar at the reception for taking care of the check in via phone as we were arriving late. All formalities were done prior to reaching so we didn't have to wait. Very cordial staff behaviour and they were very helpful. The hotel architecture is very vintage and rooms are furnished with age old teak wood furniture and spanish stone tiles washroom amenities though are very up-to-date and good functioning.Typical Portuguese decor. A haven for culture loving people. Special thanks to Mr Ravi and the restaurant staff for providing very tasty yet super quality food.
