Hotel muito bom em Palmanova com boa localização e perto de Magaluf onde tem bares/discotecas. Comida muito variada. Gianfranco uma pessoa muito amável foi um bom anfitrião! Até uma próxima! Very good Hotel with good location close to Magaluf where you can find bar's and club's. The food is good and with variety. Gianfranco that works in is a very good host. See you Next time!

Ficamos hospedados em setembro em regime de tudo incluído. Antes de comentar que fique claro que não sou daqueles clientes chatos, mas já fiquei em hotéis com menos estrelas em Portugal e bem melhores. A comida sem variedade, cheguei ao final da semana farto de comer o mesmo. Pato assado, frango assado perna de porco assada. Era o que havia. Há, variavam também entre massa de marisco e arroz de marisco. Basicamente era isto todos os dias… O restaurante alternativo e fraco. Só tem 2 ementas e servem pouca comida. Não te dão garrafas de água, dão te um cartão que vale um copo e apenas te enchem o copo no bar da piscina. Se quiseres garrafa pagas 90centimos. Ridículo. Internet na recepção muito muito fraca, e nos quartos é paga. Pagas para te trocarem a toalha de praia. Animação do hotel é toda feita em francês. Mas nem tudo é mau. Todos os funcionários bem dispostos e disponíveis a ajudar. Os quartos são agradáveis cama muito espaçosa e limpa. O aspeto do hotel também muito agradável. Varanda dos quartos e grande. O pequeno almoço agradável.

Outstanding Performance hotel, the rooms was clean the shower was clean and even better the shower plug was clean no black mould on it , the rooms are nice and spacious, The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond for any guests, The pool and seating area outside is kept very clean, tables kept clean and wiped over no dirty tables left all over the place , the staff are spot on when it. Ones to this, the pool is clean and warm pool water , The whole hotel cleaning is spot on it’s so clean and reassuring that you are in a clean hotel and the staff take pride in this, so u can come away reassured your not going to come down with any sickness , it’s so clean, We’ve had a great 4 nights here and can’t wait to come back next year Even better they have 3 lockable lockers in the luggage room at 2 euro to lock so you know you can keep passports etc secure, the luggage room is also in view of the reception .

Good food. Excellent entertainment. Clean. Near by the beach. Everything is excellent. Free good wifi. Friendly staff. The room is nice with a good bed and showe. Only the water in the pool is cold. Bud it was in may,mebay later in the year it is better.

I came with my family for our first holiday abroad to palmanova Fergus club, an absolute incredible experience at fergus, from the Rooms to the delicious food, the pools, the bars and as importantly child friendly with lovely child’s entertainment in the evenings, I’ll also like to thank all staff at Fergus for there warm welcomings and lovely spirit whilst we’ve been here, and a special shout-out to the manger, first class thankyou

This trip was for a stag do (nearly in our 50’s!), the hotel is nice, staff always helpful and happy. Meal times had great food selection and different options for the 5 days we stayed. Drink good with local sports not bad! Location about 10 min for a pleasant work to Palma.

We stayed for a week and the facilities were great! Fantastic food, staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment great for kids. Vikki, kids entertainer was phenomenal and amazing with the kids! She's an asset to the team and resort. Only a 10minute walk from Palam Nova *****. Perfect location. We will definitely be back.

I was really impressed with this hotel. Was nervous after reading some reviews but shouldn’t have been. Every day was wonderful. - lots of sun bed availability at both pools and children loved the slides. - food was themed most nights and good quality and taste, always replenished. Especially liked Asian and Mexican night. - all staff are friendly and work really hard to make your holiday pleasurable, you can get as involved as you want with activities. - drinks selection was good, enjoyed the beer and cava and daily cocktail offering.
