Vastly overpriced and very disappointing. Pros : excellent and quiet location, friendly helpful staff, good small pool and spacious suite with private terrace, fantastic water pressure in shower Cons: no attention to detail eg holes in walls, curtains hanging off rails, cheap sachets of coffee and tea, no filtered drinking water or water glasses, no bathrobes, disappointing breakfast with self service pod coffee and eggs served on nasty sliced white bread, grubby looking shower and tired towels. For what we were paying we would have liked and indeed expected complimentary glass bottles of filtered water in the room, a welcome drink or bottle of local wine, nespresso machine in the room We would not return or recommend this hotel

Hotel San Lorenzo was an excellent experience. Nice ambiance in Historic setting. Comfortable rooms and everywhere very Clean. The Breakfast served were of excellent quality . The staff very friendly an efficient. We wanted to be near old town and city Center. And Hotel San Lorenzo were all what we wished for.

Stayed in the Juniorsuit. It was very nice, tidy, comfortable and with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast small but fresh, perfect and included everything you needed. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, near to everything.

Just perfect in every way: amenities, bed, location, staff, and breakfast! Everything was perfect without being fussy or pretentious. The building is funky and interesting and has been extremely well-preserved and updated. The staff was exceedingly helpful with suitcases, taxis, breakfast, restaurant tips, etc.

Very nice little hotel very close to the city center located in a narrow street with no cars. Very good breakfast. All of the staff were just so nice, and very helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The property is overpriced for what it offers. This is basically a 2 star hotel pretending to be something better. The quality of the sheets and towels are terrible, and the bathrooms were outdated and not well cleaned. I requested a non-smoking room and the room had a terrible smell from years of allowing smokers in it. The property wasn’t able to offer me a different room. In fairness, the staff was helpful but they couldn’t solve the problem.
The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, but it wouldn’t be a reason for me to recommend this low quality hotel.

Nice Hotel in old town. Near cathedral, also shopping area is closed. But no Lift in Hotel. A bit difficult for people , who has reduced mobility. Very good breakfast. Staff kindly. Small and nice hotel. Room very clean.

Excellent service and room with terrace. Very helpful staff and good pool. Great location close to all key areas. Good breakfast. The suite was very comfortable with a good bed and lots of space. Check out was easy.

Perfect location to explore Palma. Nice if a little dark rooms. Very quite though. Stairs maybe an issue for some. Our room has stairs to the bathroom. Pool area very pleasant. Staff lovely though hotel maybe a little understaffed. Breakfast basic but staff attentive. Integrated body and hair wash available but not separate shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryer ok. Toni’s tapa’s just down the road excellent but need book we’ll in advance.
