We had a really lovely experience in this tranquil hotel. The staff were so friendly, in particular we want to thank Ivana for everything she did for us. Helpful and friendly check in. Room was impeccably clean and the balcony was a great addition which got the sun in the morning/noon with a great view of the sea and the city. Slightly out the city center but the 15/20 walk was no issue wrther it be down the sea front ot threw the streets.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Walking at night from the main ***** to hotel felt safe. The hotel is a bit far from the main ***** and required approx. 25 min walk. We used local transit to get us around. Staff at the hotel were kind and very helpful. We were helped with booking a taxi and our questions were answered about commuting around the area.

What a lovely hotel. I visited Palma in 2017 and stayed in a villa on the same street, so I knew the location would be great. It is lovely and quiet around the hotel, but the main road (Joan Miró) is just 2 mins walk away with a variety of lively bars, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and pharmacies. There is a large supermarket (Mercadona) 5 mins walk away. You can walk right into the city centre, Marina etc. from the hotel in 15-20 minutes. Porto Pí shopping centre with a huge Carrefour is accessible by foot (20 mins) or by bus from Joan Miró. The hotel has room at the front for taxi drop off if you need it. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at check in, he was helpful and explained everything to me that I needed including WiFi, breakfast etc. There are maps at the reception desk too if you need them. I stayed on the second floor and there is an elevator if you have heavy bags. I didn’t use it but there is a small café-bar on the ground floor near reception; it has a very calm and peaceful decor. There is always someone at reception 24/7 if you need them. The room was a twin/double for solo use and I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The beds were super comfy and there are plenty of pillows. There is a mini bar in the room which means you can also store your own refreshments which is handy - don’t have to go back and forth from the shops too much. Plenty of storage in the wardrobe and there is a safe too. The balcony was lovely - what I would do to be back on there with a cold cerveza watching the sunset. Bathroom was clean and contemporary with shampoo, shower gel and soap. My room was spotless every day thanks to cleaning staff. There is AC in the room. Only downside is there is no swimming pool but you are not far from the beaches and you can always purchase day passes for other hotel pools and spas. Breakfast buffet has a very wide choice and a coffee machine (plus teas). I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Palma!!

Room was cramped, not good for two people. No place to put suitcases! Not even floor space or closet space for luggage. Uncomfortably small. If you are travelling in a room alone, it would probably be a fine choice. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was good, near the #4 bus (EU2) into town and near the tourist bus #50 as well. Breakfast was excellent. Air conditioner fan was very loud.

Stayed for a week with a friend in Zurbaran. Very nice and clean hotel. A room is a little bit small but it’s ok by the European standards. We didn’t have breakfast included so we have to pay 11 euros for it. But it was worth it, you could find anything you want starting from fresh fruits and yoghurts and finishing with sausages and eggs. Hotel situation in a good spot between centre of Palma and great beaches. 20 minutes by foot to the historical centre and 15 minutes by bus to the most amazing beaches of Mallorca Highly recommend this place for couples and friends
