My friend and I shared a twin room The hotel is like a maze of delights. On our floor there was a plunge pool and across the road is a jacuzzi We had one night and had to stay another as BA cancelled our flights. The service was great, the breakfast just perfect and on our last day….The beach club with the pool was such fun. The hotel is well placed and close to the main shopping area and Cathedral . We certainly didn’t need a car and enjoyed much of Palma by foot. I cannot recommend this quirky, contemporary hotel more. When next in Palma, I will definitely book this hotel again.

My fiancé and I got married on the island with 80 of our family and friends flying over from the UK. We recommended Puro as we had stayed there a few times on the run up to the wedding, visiting the island. The attention to detail that was given by all of the team was unbelievable. We had approximately 20 rooms booked by our party, and everyone that stayed said they’d all had the best time. My mother-in-law has issues with walking far, and she has expressed how easy the staff made her stay, by helping her get to her room and around the hotel with ease. The breakfast service was great, and a special shout out to Fernando. The food and drinks in Beatnik are amazing. This hotel is great for friends, family and couples and looking forward to our stay when we return. Thank you to Anne and the rest of the Puro team

Visited for a friends’ wedding. Beautiful place. The staff were fantastic and the food served during the various functions were absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s heading to Palma. Looking forward to booking a return trip very soon.

Absolutely one of the best stays of my life. Came to the island to get married to my fiancé and decided we would stay at this hotel after looking for the best place to stay on previous trips. The Puro hotel and team exceeded our expectations 10x over. The stay, the service, the food were A1 class. This was hospitality on another level. We are so very grateful to all the team but would like to call out Anne and Fernando who literally attended to each and every need of ourselves and our 80 wedding guests for every step of the stay. We are eternally grateful to you and thank you for making it a dream stay ❤️

One of the best hotels I have been in Palma. It was like a dream come true. All the staff were very kind and attentive. The service in general was amazing. Sleeping in that bed was like a sleeping in a cloud. Im' 100% sure that we will come back again. 10/10.

Hidden in the narrow streets of the town centre of Mallorca. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We visited with friends and all rooms were furnished differently. Breakfast was excellent as was lunch. Drinks are served on the rooftop lounge which was very pleasant. A tip: you must reserve a table for all restaurants in vicinity for dinner.

Puro Beach Illetas supposedly closing down!! Having cancelled our wedding 2 months out. Taking no responsibility or offering and compensation by management! So disappointed in puro as this was such a special place for me and my partner. Now having lost thousands and we currently have no venue for our wedding ceremony.

The most friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and everyone was so nice! rooms were so cool and breakfast in the morning was amazing! Location cannot be beat! they even brought us a bottle of champagne and cake for my fiance's bday! recommend 10/10
