What a wonderful experience. From the first reception at the arrival until check out. Amazing attention to details, from design to hospitality and a ”nothing is impossible” attitude. We also had the pleasure to have lunch in the restautant Botanica. Food was more than delicious and service was impeccable. A true hidden gem in the heart of Palma. This is a home away from home and we strongly recommend it :)

One of the best, more than unforgettable birthday and New Year celebration at Can Bordoy. 10 out of 10 to an amazing interior. Hiden details in a hiden gem- super nice experience to your body, soul and the eye. The concept and philosophy of this place is to make you feel that U are special here. Great food, wonderful staff , amazing inner gardens to have a glass of champagne or a cup of coffe with home made sweets- something you can just pamper yourself with any moment. Will be back for more experience this place can provide.

Hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of the old part of Palma 5 minutes walk from the cathedral la Seu. We absolutely loved our stay. A very warm welcome by the very beautiful reception. The building is like an old mansion house decorated luxuriously mixing the old with the new design features. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger suite and although it looked on to the street there were huge drapes over the Juliette balcony. So much attention to detail in terms of interior decoration and so stylish. Diptique Products in the shower room are my favourite so I loved that. Immaculately clean and the wonderful lady who cleaned our room was so kind as I was suffering from Vertigo and we chatted about it. The 7ft bed was amazing and I could raise the top of the bed on my side without interrupting my husband. Breakfast was a joy either inside or out which was a la carte and the gorgeous girls that served us couldn’t do enough for us. We ate outside in the courtyard to enjoy the Orange trees and the fountain. Yoghurt and berries were delicious. The rooftop pool was divine and we only needed to text reception on WhatsApp to request refreshments. Great idea! Our only criticism was that the TV had only 1 or 2 channels in English news and Disney so definitely more German focused and you couldn’t cast to TV. The Spa was out of action too, only massages available All in all a perfect stay our daughter and her boyfriend joined us for the last night and their room was the smallest category but it was also very cute.

In short: Beautiful property with an amazing garden and roof top terrace. Rooms very well designed and quiet. Equipped with extremely comfortable & huge beds. Everyone dedicated to take great care of you, caters to every possible need instantly, with a great smile (and very convenient to communicate via whatsapp). Great location in the best part of the old town of Palma. Very delicious food (and great wines) in the restaurant. The a la carte breakfast is a great treat with so many delicious choices. Can only recommend and going for a second visit in a few weeks. Elaborated: We arrived early (before lunch), were warmly greeted and immediately seated in a sunny spot in the beautiful garden, with a glass of cava. First impression set the tone for our week long stay: Kindness, beauty and an abundance of delicious food and wine. Our suite was ready within an hour of our early arrival. We were upgraded from a luxury suite to a premium suite - thank you.Very spacious with a clever layout: One large space with exposed old beams in the lofty ceiling and two large french windows facing the garden. A mirror clad box contained the toilet and shower (and technical installations like the AC), while dividing the open space into several areas: A very large walk in closet next to the entrance, a very comfortable spacious seating area, the humongous bed (best mattress ever!) and finally the freestanding bath tub, complete with artisan bath salt available. A large velvet curtain gives you the opportunity to create privacy, if needed. Many individuel settings of lighting gives you the freedom to create the atmosphere you are in the mood for. We spent quite some time at the roof top terrasse - great view and quite sunny, even in February - even dipped in the unheated pool (great idea with the glass bottom securing daylight and water reflections in the stairwell). Pool in the garden is heated (covered in the winter months but is quickly uncovered by the push of a button) and there is a nice, heated jacuzzi as well. Very tranquil atmosphere in the garden (pool and lounge area only accessible for hotel guests). Must say we spent a lot of the time at the hotel - the atmosphere were like staying at a generous friends very nice grand house. Other guests were playing game boards while some were sipping cocktails, others lounged in the garden while reading, why would one go somewhere else when it was so cosy and comfortable to stay in? :-). What sets Can Bordoy apart from other hotels in Palma at similar level, must be the inclusivity. There is a little corner in the garden where smokers can enjoy a cigarette while seated and enjoy the garden view rather than be directed to the street alleys to smoke. Dogs are welcome, in fact it feels like everyone is welcome and taken great care of, even the annoying uncle ;-). We brought our old dog and everyone were so nice to her. The Can Bordoy is an excellent place to stay if in Palma. Its location in Old Town makes everything very walkable, the staff is extremely professional and helpful, and their onsite dining is excellent. Its a beautiful property with a lot of character and charm!

Wow, this is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff were just amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. After our welcome drinks, Joana showed us around our stunning room, explaining how all the wonderful details worked. The decor is just out of this world, the furniture is like artwork; from our bed where you can electronically choose the firmness of the mattress, to the minibar which is also a radio. It’s really the perfect mix of old-world style with modern luxury. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop pool where you can order food and drinks by whatsaap. I loved that their breakfast menu lasts all day - local yogurt fruit and honey is the perfect poolside snack that I never knew I needed! The location is perfect, we walked to the harbour for a drink at sunset and found a quirky bar for dinner in the cute winding local streets. Our breakfast in the peaceful garden was included and we chose the pancakes with carob Nutella, which were delicious and not too sweet, with great coffee and an artisan buffet of beautifully prepared local treats. The Can Bordoy ethos is that they are a family and this can really be felt in the relaxed but attentive service. We can’t wait to come back.

This was my 50th birthday celebration and such an amazing place to celebrate! The full team were just so lovely and friendly 24/7. The building was just stunning. We had a suite with a bath on the balcony but the rest of the hotel was just amazing aswell. A total gem in a hot hot city centre!

Possibly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in . I stay in hotels about 3 nights a week charging £400 per night for a room with little or no storage no tea or coffee making a window you can't see out is day light rubbery so disappointed it has spoiled my 60th birthday holiday.
