A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Palma, but quiet also. Immediately the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was very good and the spa and roof terrace were very enjoyable. Would recommend thoroughly

Hotel maravilhoso, localização perfeita . Café da manhã bom e quartos amplos . A única insatisfação foi o ar condicionado do quarto que não tem esfriava nada!! Muito quente durante a noite pois alguns hotéis da Europa vc não consegue ter o controle da temperatura do quarto e embora reclamado nenhuma providência foi tomada.

Superb hotel with great facilities. Excellent and very comfortable rooms with BIG beds to enjoy your nights. Beautiful indoor pool in the cellar with sauna and steam room. Also a rooftop pool with sunloungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Lovely restaurant serving excellent breakfast and evening meals. Centrally located within walking distance of everything. Front of house staff are the icing on the cake. The Cabau Hotel Group should be particularly proud of them. Helpful with any queries and such a joy to talk to. Highly recommend you stay here.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, the breakfast spread was amazing, and the rooftop terrace with a pool offered breathtaking views of the city. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Palma

The attention to detail, service and customer care of hotel Gloria is absolutely exceptional. encountered a trouble with a door that was difficult to open in an apartment 100m from the hotel. The staff supported me to solve the issue swiftly and attentively, even if I'm not a guest at the hotel. I haven't experienced any service on this level before. They are truly the best of the best. If you are looking for impeccable service and attention to details this is the hotel to visit without a doubt. I give them my highest recommendations.

Excellent hotel. From the first moment we entered the beautifully restored old Mallorca building we were welcomed and that courtesy and kindness was present throughout our stay. of Management and staff went out of their way to make our 4day stay a wonderful experience. This is the perfect hotel for a city break or a longer stay, it’s a home from home in the most beautiful surroundings in the heart of Palma.

The hotel itself is in a historic building, but updated cleverly with beautiful luxurious modern design (lighting, fixtures, decor, etc). Joachim and the other staff at Gloria St Jaume are top hospitality professionals, welcoming us far beyond expectations. We happened to visit on my birthday and cannot imagine a nicer place to be. Thanks to all for a most memorable stay.

We stayed over new years and had a great time. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast was of outstanding quality. The hotel has so much charm. The rooms were traditional and spacious with all the modern aspects a hotel room needs these days. There was a lovely Spa in the basement with a wonderful pool. On the rooftop you have a smaller pool with a nice view over the roofs of Palma. It invites for a nice sunbath in one of the deckchairs. The best was the staff! Luciano, Daniel and Christina just to mention a few. They are super professionell, try to fulfill you every wish and at the same time give you a very welcome feeling. It feels very much like home around all this extremely nice staff. Thank you very much for making our New Years eve unforgettable.

Been an amazing trip as always. Only downfall for us is the breakfast service - always slow, lacking detail and usually incorrect. But overall a great place to be and so well located.
