Elysium Apartments

Absolutely horrible experience. Lifts broke down, emergency phone didn't work, we called after hours number. When we eventually got hold of someone, they rang us back 30mins later, while we were still stuck in a sweltering hot lift, and questioned us whether we were even staying at this hotel and said we gave them the wrong lift number. THERE IS ONLY 1 LIFT. Even hung up on us, becuase i said f@$&, after 40mins, its the least I could have said. Never stay here.

Stayed at Coral Horizons 603 - Elysian Collection. Apar**ent was excellent for two couples. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of extras that made our stay so easy. Wonderful view of the ocean which is just across the road. Thank you for proving such a great apar**ent

Wonderful stay. What we liked: - apar**ent was very clean and smelt fresh - comfortable bed - lots of storage - good water pressure in shower - spacious - washer and dryer came in handy - great location - secure parking - access to pool What could be improved - no answer when we called the emergency number and no call back which was disappointing - lack of places to hang towels in the bathroom, we ended up hanging them in the closet with our clothes.

It was a compact hotel room not serviced during 3 night stay had to buy tea coffee sugar only 2 stores locally so prices were very high paid $6.50 for a botttle of water $5.50 for 10 teabags

Chose Elysium from prior great experience for a long overdue visit to Cairns northern beaches. It's an easy 25 minute drive north from Cairns airport. Conveniently located in Palm Cove (5 minute stroll to south end of Williams Esplanade for the plethora of eateries and sandy beach; Coles supermarket 5 minutes drive away). Stayed in 1 bedroom apar**ent (108A ) for 5 nights - it's very spacious (open-plan well-equipped kitchen-diner-lounge), separate bedroom with comfy beds, walk-in wardrobes and double shower as well as air-con and fans, and deep covered balcony. It was generally clean, very quiet, had no smells, and was well-maintained. Balcony overlooks roof of adjacent Palm Cove Tavern, but don't worry you won't hear a pipsqueak from them. Our balcony was separated from adjacent apar**ent by frosted glass partition and be aware that guests are allowed to smoke on their balcony (if that is an issue for you). Sharyon and Stacey at the front desk are a gem, and can provide a wealth of information (office hours M-F 0830-1630; S&S 0830-1200; always someone contactable by phone 24/7 outside of those hours). Pros - secure allocated car parking; lift to all floors Cons - no wall hook or substantial towel rail in bathroom (there's a flimsy tea towel type holder); totally impractical vanity basin tap spout; have to take all your rubbish to the rubbish chute at the end of your stay or else you'll incur extra charges (a first for me at a serviced apar**ent, but they do provide written notice of this at check-in). Overall, it was a great stay and suited our needs as we were away from the apar**ent most of the day. Definitely will return if we are visiting the area once more.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apar**ent 318. It was a beautifully appointed apar**ent with a large kitchen with all the mod cons, indoor and outdoor dining. Plenty of outdoor seating on spacious balconies with great views of the mountains and bush land. Highly recommend and will be back. Stacey a great help with booking.

We are staying in apar**ent 318, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apar**ent on the top floor, with wrap around balconies and views of the mountains, with the best sunset view in Palm Cove. This apar**ent is one of a small apar**ent complex only 200 metres from the beach and the restaurant life of the beautiful Palm Cove village. The amenities in the apar**ent are superb with very comfortable beds, indoor outdoor dining, a very well appointed kitchen with updated appliances, a large smart TV in the living area and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. Outdoors within the complex is a pool, spa and seating. This is a wonderful apar**ent to stay with family or friends. Room was clean, very good location and room was nicely situated in the complex. Would recommend to those travelling to Palm cove as it offers a relaxing location away from the main drag whilst still feeling in the heart of this beautiful little town. Pool can be very crowded at times and the toilet did not flush fantastically. Apart from that would recommend

We had a wonderful stay in a studio room. It was clean and spacious and had everything you need for a short stay. Will definitely be back!
