Really cute property in a great location! The studio was clean and spacious and we always felt safe. We made use of the pool and the grill as well as some of the smaller 'touches' that you don't get at hotels. A booking mistake (made by me) was met with understanding and gracious accommodation. We'll stay here again!

Super convenient location and an AMAZING price. Stephan was really helpful and arranged a very affordable transfer to/from the airport for us, and both him and the drivers gave us great recommendations for things in the area. 15 min walk from the beach - we were two younger women and never felt unsafe even at night (although there is a stretch without a sidewalk on the side road, so just be mindful of traffic!). This is in a neighborhood but 5 min walk to some amazing restaurants, and then 10-15 to the Palm Beach area. We didn't rent a car and were perfectly fine for 5 days. The AC was great, there were chairs and beach towels, and having the little kitchenette was awesome. The shower water pressure was great - almost too good!!! - although it was small and leaked into the bathroom a bit, and no conditioner provided (just shampoo). The beds were shockingly comfortable. We would 1000% stay here again instead of paying resort prices - it was the private/spacious comfort of an AirBnB but with the service and amenities of a hotel!

This property was an amazing experience. It was very nice and quiet, inside the apar**ents were very nice and clean. Had dishes silverwear etc fully stocked. It truly gave u a taste of living on your own in aruba it was amazing i will be staying here again in the future. Everyone is so fast to help you in anything you need. The beach was only maybe a 10 minute walk. All the food etc easily walkable. It had everything we ever couldve asked for and we truly appreciated the experience.

Stephan the owner is truly a nice guy who can help you with everything you need. Room is quite big. You need a car to move around. Place is quiet and it is definitely worth a stay.

The housekeeping staff Althea and Paula made me feel like family. Being solo it was very comforting. They are the reason I decided to book for next year. It was nice and quiet. Friends who visited loved the cozy warm feeling they felt. Thanks

I pretty much liked everything. If I could suggest something is to provide coolers for each apar**ent so people can take it to the beach with them. It would be a nice gesture.

Great place to stay. They help you to make more confortable your stay. 15 min walk to Palm Beach. 10 min to markets and restaurants. Clean, nice pool to chill, good kitchen, private and a caribbean experience.
