Já estivemos neste Hilton muitas vezes e estamos familiarizados com a propriedade. Porém, dessa vez conseguimos um upgrade para uma suíte e isso foi super legal! Foi fabuloso e super espaçoso. Todas as pessoas são sempre muito prestativas e felizes em ajudá-lo. Você nunca pode errar com o Hilton Aruba, seu serviço de primeira classe e uma das áreas de praia privativas que ainda existem, sem todos os negócios comerciais de esportes aquáticos na propriedade da praia. Este Hilton é totalmente relaxante e lindo!!

Hotel muito bem localizado, na praia de Palm Beach. Excelente estrutura. O hotel estava bem cheio e tivemos dificuldades para assistência em levar nossa bagagem e outros serviços. Falta gerenciamento melhor das reservas da cabana na praia. Fazem de tudo para vc pagar a mais. Estavam todas vazias e diziam que só pagando extra para conseguir.
Alem disso box do banheiro pequeno para o banho. e quarto pequeno.

Hotel limpo, bem localizado, piscinas com acesso direto à praia. Quarto espaçoso que acomodou muito bem 1 casal e 2 crianças. Café da manhã com bastante variedade, estilo americano. Em frente há diversos restaurantes e comércio local. Fizemos tudo a pé. Voltaria com certeza!

We have a good stay. But every morning breakfast so crowded so we have Limited service , not liking waiting into the line since we pay the highly room rate to the property for good service.

Currently there is construction on the property so some areas are shut down and can see construction from your room / deck. However with that said the construction was never an issue in terms of noise or inconvenience

This is one of the most beautiful hotel in Aruba. It’s on Palm Beach which is amazing. You have everything at your fingertips! If you stay here, you won’t need a car, but we are explorers. We rented a car which they had free parking. When we checked in, the concierge gave my daughter a bucket and pail kit for the beach. He was super nice and friendly. Everyone was so helpful! Best vaca ever!!

Overall experience was great! Staff very friendly and always helpful. Hotel is very clean and well kept. No complaints with our room. Loved the beach and the palapa and the pool…. Easy to get around! Would definitely return for another stay!
