The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba

Nós AMAMOS a nossa estadia e voltaremos. Fiquei um pouco nervoso depois de me deparar com um comentário que expressava que os hóspedes sentiram que foram mal tratados após a reserva através de ******* - posso dizer que esse NÃO foi o caso para mim e meu marido. A única desvantagem foi que queríamos ficar mais alguns dias, mas ******* não pudemos modificar a reserva depois de já termos feito o check-in, e o hotel não tinha a disponibilidade que procurávamos. A recepção até se certificou de que ainda recebíamos nosso crédito pelos pontos Marriott Bonvoy. O hotel era excepcionalmente limpo, limpeza diária e serviço de abertura de cama à noite, a equipe foi calorosa e amigável e fez o possível para pronunciar nosso sobrenome difícil LOL Alimentos e bebidas foram excelentes durante toda a nossa estadia. O hotel fica um pouco mais longe do centro da cidade, mas a equipe estava sempre pronta para nos pegar um táxi para a cidade com facilidade. Esta foi uma viagem incrível para descomprimir depois do nosso casamento. Obrigado Ritz-Carlton Aruba, esperamos vê-lo novamente em breve!

Não só as crianças/famílias são um problema aqui; assim como a equipe que quer bater um papo bem alto!

O hotel é absolutamente lindo, localizado na praia com café da manhã incrível, opções de almoço e restaurantes requintados.

The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba is, overall, an excellent hotel. It is aesthetically pleasing, on a lovely stretch of beach, and with many fine qualities. Service, especially Front Desk and Concierge, is outstanding. Housekeeping is to be commended on how clean they keep everything, which is not easy as a beach property. Especially appreciated that they really cleaned and replenished towels and water at turn-down so you could have everything fresh after showering from a day at the beach but in time for bed. However, client preferences should be asked and then respected: after having housekeeping surprise us by randomly unpacking and putting possessions in the strangest places (and mixing up dirty laundry with our clean clothes), we requested this not be done... but it kept happening in different ways. There should be better training and standardization (each employee did something different). Beach set-up is great: plenty of high-quality sunscreen and after-sun products plus copious amounts of iced water at several stands; also enjoyed AM and PM treats (fresh melon, popsicles). Having said that, we only found out about certain little "surprise treats" by accident here and there. It would be much better to know ahead of time about the above offerings and that complimentary iced cappuccino is available in the AM at the towel hut, for example. Am sure there were other things we missed out on, too. Also very happy with the water equipment available to guests. Super pet-friendly - yay!

First class, top notch, perfect stay and trip to Aruba. The Ritz-Carlton was a great choice and the service, amenities and staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and genuinely interested in our well being and ensures we had a great stay.

We stayed 12/31-1/6. Service from start to finish was outstanding! The coffee shop has great drinks and breakfast items. Drinks were expensive but very good quality. Room was clean and very comfortable. Beach chairs a bit of a pain as people set their personal items on them and then disappear for the day. The policy is you can move stuff after 2 hours, but the beach staff are very reluctant to do so. Food at the pool/beach was very good.

Everything here was spectacular. The staff went above and beyond and treat you like family. Special shout out to Harold at the pool that made our special event more amazing!
