I had to make two separate bookings for two consecutive nights, I was told when I check in they would let me stay in the same room. NOT TRUE, to stay in the same room I had to pay an extra $50! I had to check out by 11 and church vac into a different room after 3. In addition the rooms were not clean, dust piled up on the baseboards in the bathroom and the sheets had spots ( looked like dirt), I tried to convince myself that it was a stain. Not a good experience

Right beside the freeway - the doors have 3/8” play when locked when means the doors don’t compress the seals so the exterior noise comes through and the AC slips out.
I measured 48 decibels on the freeway wide of the building inside the room with the door locked. Switched to opposite side of the building. That was 4 decibels quieter .
Then I leaned the chair against the door and used my laptop bag to weigh it down. This pushed the door against the seals and made the room an additional 9 decibels quieter.
This hotel is near a nice neighborhood with new cars parked outside. However, it lacks updates and basic ability to get peace and quiet.
Staff was friendly.

Super close to I95. But lobby smelled like smoke. Fictures in room were covered with rust. Bugs fell from vent in bathroom. No reoom service. Needs updated.

They donot offer hous keeping when you are a stay over.We had to go to the office to get towels. We arrived and the swimming pools had several bic lighter torches a broken I pad.The room plugs part of them would not work. The front desk clerk on the weekend was not pleasant to deal with. The price I paid for the room was very expensive. I do not recommend this place.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but had been heavily smoked in. There was also an ash try and cigarette burns in the blanket. I checked out and went to another hotel.

When we checked in we were told if we needed any linen to come to the office or ask the woman cleaning the rooms to be able to get them from her cart. My son is 5 and the first night had had peed though his over night diaper. We went to the front desk and they told us they didn’t have anything as they hadn’t done laundry yet. We had to put a towel on the bed to cover the pee. All throughout the night we heard banging and loud noises. Every morning we would wake up to our room smelling of **** from what I’m assuming the people that lived on the other side of the hotel. Pool was broken and had a chain on the fence. Cars were parked in the parking lot with cones around them. Not somewhere I would ever want to bring my family again.

Everything about the room was good/Holiday Inn level. Amenities cheap. Lobby/Desk felt like a No Tell Motel, by the hour, but the service was good. Entrance to get to the lobby strange and convoluted.
Will stay again.
