The hotel is nice don’t get me wrong, but it is in need of some renovation, particularly the sound proofing in the rooms. The service is second to none which makes the experience amazing! You will feel like they really care about your stay and are there to make everything in their power so that you have a great stay. The food options in the Topos Bar were quite limited, over-priced and generally the value for money balance was quite off. We did not try the dinner at the restaurant so can’t say anything about that. All in all it was a great experience and would love to stay again next year as they’ll be renovating in the winter.

We had a great time and some of the best hotel food we've ever had. Lots of young children though so if that's not your thing this hotel may not be for you.

Für 1-2 Nächte bekommt man kein tolles Hotelzimmer im Hauptgebäude, sondern wird in ein altes, nach Moder stinkendes und dunkles Nebengebäude gesteckt. Die Kissen haben so nach Schimmel gerochen. Aber immerhin konnten wir den Lieferanten und Angestellteneingang bewundern… Ich glaube wir hatten noch nie so ein schäbiges Zimmer für diesen Preis!

At this hotel now and honestly it’s out of this world!! Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We’re staying in a 2 bedroom room and it’s lovely, rooms come with a coffee machine, fridge , kettle, ironing board , iron, bathrobes and slippers. The beds and pillows are so comfy!! Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Impeccable stay here for a few days. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a real treat. The check-in experience makes you feel so good. Sat down in the lobby area, drink ready for you and a very personalised introduction to the hotel by lovely George. The hotel was so clean, the housekeepers do such a great job and all staff so friendly & make your stay extra special. Breakfast v nice with lots of variety. I think the restaurant would benefit a larger toaster as the current ones doesn’t seem adequate & it took a while to toast! Another slight moan is the coffee machine, if you select cappuccino, it comes out the size of an espresso! Other than that, all was perfect. On entering the restaurant, staff greet you to take your room number, it’s always like a friendly chat.. really liked that! The hotel is situated right on the beach, we sunbathed on the beach as we like the sea breeze but plenty of room by the pool or have swing in the egg chairs if you wish. Come stay at this beautiful hotel & you won’t be disappointed.

The staff really do add the final touches to a great hotel, they are always smiling and happy to chat, nothing seems too much bother. The receptionist was extremely helpful with us planning a trip to Afitos, printing out maps and bus timetables, even giving us the card to the hotel and telling us to ring them if we need help at all while we are there. (Afitos is a great place to village, worth a review on its own and only 30 mins by bus). We had no trouble at all with sun beds, we generally went down by the pool or grass quiet area at about 10am, there was always plenty. One day, after the trip to Afitos, we got to the sun beds at 2pm, had no trouble finding a pair. The beach is ok but more cramped, had a day there but preferred the pool area. All the umbrellas, even on the beach, have a button on them. Press the button and a member of staff will appear and take your drinks/food order and deliver it to you. We paid by logging it against our room number and settled at the end of the stay. Break fast was very nice, every option was there, it was always fresh. There is an indoors seating area and an outside one. The coffee machines can get busy, but while you wait you can wonder why the cups have no handles. Rooms are nice but I wonder why the sink is in the room and not the bathroom? The shower cubicle is on the small side but the shower is high quality, powerful and I could always get the temperature just right. There is a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with the pods replaced, almost, daily. The Bacolod either catches the sun in the motor afternoon, depends on what side if the building you are. The balcony is a good size, with table and two chairs, but because of the way it is angled it private to either side. We were bed & breakfast so can’t comment on the evening meals. We did eat in the town each night which is minutes away. The restaurants in town are very good and has a great choice. The gym, inside and out, are very good, but try and leave them how you would like to find them.

The first time that I ever felt sad leaving a place. We even stayed an extra 10 minutes at the end to say goodbye to the hotel. It was fantastic. Staff is amazing, hotel as well, pool area very nice, we loved every minute of it. The food at the main restaurant was delicious every time. We also rented a boat directly from the hotel which was very helpful. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

What a Great holiday we had , the staff were very friendly and helpful, Christos & Kaliopi made outstanding a effort such nice staff always smiling and chatty, the Hotel was spotlessly clean, lots of Sunbeds available and waitress available for service too . Food in the hotel there was lots of variety and tasty food with a long time for service breakfast 7 til 11 and dinner had long service too so not much queues for anything also , the Beds where comfortable and Bedding was lovely. My only moan was the Metal seat's on the Balcony where very hot to use by the end of our day in the sunshine. Plus, the stairs leading down to the beach needed a sweep , otherwise all was brilliant, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a Relaxing holiday. Thanks domes staff for a Great stay.
