This hotel is a lie and a rip off. Don’t do it. It might have been considered luxury when it was first opened maybe in the 60s but there is no luxury here. Even the hair dryer belongs in the 50s-60s. I had never seen that kind of hair dryer in my life. The bathroom is falling apart the shower is filthy the bed sheets are yellow. Even the comforter is yellow and dirty with huge stains. There was hair left in the bathroom from previous people. This place is still in business due to the quality of people that stay there. It’s so bad it legit smells like baby powder I am not sure what they are trying to cover up. The room
door was broken, the queen bed is just two small beds put together and the elevator is an accident waiting to happen. Even the cosmetics in the bathroom don’t work. The soap they give you doesn’t even foam in order to wash. Disgusting. We stayed here out of pure desperation as everything else was sold out and thank god it was only for one night and way over priced.

This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised, more like 2 stars. Terrible internet in rooms. No privacy on balcony. My room had a kitchenette, totally useless, with 4 glasses, 4 plates and some cutlery. No coffee or tea maker, no complimentary coffee or tea. Food is of mediocre cafeteria quality. Difficult to communicate with staff other than speaking Greek. Description of room amenities on your site is incorrect.

Renovated rooms , bathrooms of high standard compared to other hotels in Greece.Very good housekeeping and clean rooms, bedsheets and towels changed regularly. We had HB, the food was delicious, each meal we tried was tasty, as well as salad bar.Also poolbar snacks were tasty and reasonably priced. Convenient children corner in the lobby. But, most of all, the staff including owners are all very polite and genuine.

This hotel was in a fantastic location. We were bed and breakfast, which the food was a varied every morning. The room were very clean and up-to-date. The best shower we have wmever had in Greece. The owners were very knowledgeable and recommended some fab restaurants.

A very pleasant stay in nice and clean hotel, with lovely personal. We enjoyed our stay very much, Hanioti is a great village to visit, probably the busiest one on Kassandra island, so if you’re looking for some action, this village is most likely going to satisfy you. Tropical hotel made our stay even better, with great service and food (breakfast + dinner). There was not a huge variety of food each and every day, however, every day we had something different, and each food was very tasty, so there was really no need to have tons of meals to chose from. Overal, we rate the hotel 4/5, since there’s always a room for improvement, but that doesn’t mean our stay wasn’t great.
