Staff here were very friendly. The hotel details were sent to the wrong number, but once called they fixed it immediately. Check-in easy, breakfast great and good location. It's close to a street with great bars and restaurants.

Bem localizado, com estacionamento em uma praça próxima, os anfitriões muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã com pães doces e salgados, queijos, presuntos, manteiga, sucos engarrafados, geleias, leite, café. Cama confortável, toalhas macias, tudo limpo e arrumado.

The location was very good, though it did take us a while to find it. The Inn is close to many excellent restaurants, is in a relatively quiet location in the historic district, and is close to many tourist attractions. We booked two rooms. Except for some mold in both bathrooms, the rooms were clean, but the furniture was dated. The breakfast was excellent. There were lots of delicious pastries, yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, ham, and fruit. Martina, her sister, and her father run the place. Martina speaks English well and can answer any questions. The family sleeps elsewhere, but Martina is available by text if you need her.

This is a nice and very interesting place, the room was in the 3rd floor, with no elevator, but very clean, spacious and comfortable. Is quiet during the day, but in the middle of very interesting neighbourhood , full of restaurants and nightlife.
Walkable to everywhere
The hosts were very nice and various options for breakfast. I would definitely recommend it!

My friend and I have just returned from Palermo and stayed at this delightful B&B. It is in a converted Palazzo in a qiuet area of the old town near Piazza Marina but within easy reach of Corso Vittorio Emanuele and main attractions. We took the airport bus to Via Roma 265 stop and walked 10-15 minutes to the B&B.The train station is about 10 minutes away so easy for day trips. We stayed in room 21 which is a family room/apartment as it was hard to find twin bedded rooms in a lot of the hotels.the beds were comfortable and had a double bed, single bed and a baby cot plus a huge bathroom and separate little seating area. It had a balcony overlooking the street with a patio set where we sat out a couple of evenings.Martina our host spoke fluent English and advised us on restarants and sightseeing. Lidl and another supermarket are near the B&B where we bought drinks and snacks

This place is a gem. But more then that the hospitality, the friendliness and the overall help -everything from directions to taxis to recommended places to eat was excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Martina and family were such wonderful hosts and will make your stay a great one. We stayed in a very spacious, comfortable and clean room, which had a good sized mini bar, plenty of space for all our luggage and a large desk area. The included breakfast was a wonderful touch with excellent variety. We loved the special Christmas decorations all throughout the property. It really felt like staying with family at Al Piazza Marina b&b. Being Palermo, the streets are narrow and traffic can be intense and impatient. If you arrive be car, there's no on site parking so you need to find what you can closest to the property. You can get advice about the ZTL rules from knowledgeable Martina - she's truly the best and is such a helpful, communicates in excellent English if required and is such a welcoming, friendly face of the property. Highly recommend this property if you're staying in Palermo as you can use it as a base for day trips or just exploring all the local sights.
