Ad Hoc Rooms

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，酒店位置十分方便，距離四角廣場很近，但是那條道路晚上很安靜，特別喜歡酒店的屋頂陽台，視野好陽光充足，還有廚房，老闆特別貼心給我們準備早餐，我們也用他們的廚房享受一頓自己做的海鮮大餐 enjoyed our stay two nights in Palermo B&B hotel，very good location， few minutes walk to quattro canti，boss very friendly， gave good advices for sightseeing and historical culture ，market and everything in Palermo，like the kitchen in hotel， got chance to cook local seafood from nearby market， very good experience and hope to come back again

This property was lovely, and on a busy street with bars and restaurants, the amazing thing was the double glazing, when you shut the door you could not hear a thing so was perfect. The room was a very good size plenty of room for suitcases, it didn’t have its own fridge but you could use the communal one in the breakfast room (which we did) and it worked well. The breakfast was lovely more a continental with some extras like soft bread rolls and a variety of pastries, you ate that outside on the roof terrace which was the perfect start to the day. Host Luca was great and he picked us up and dropped us at the airport for a very reasonable charge. The whole place was very clean and the room was serviced every day. Just be aware there are 59 steps up to the apartment, Luca carried my luggage up and down so that wasn’t a problem, but using the stairs could be an issue for some, we found it helped to burn off some calories after eating and drinking our way around Palermo. I always ask myself at the end of a stay would I stay there again, on this occasion I would have to say absolutely.

We stayed in the sport-themed room for two nights at the end of a two-week tour around Sicily. The room was cozy and comfortable. It’s just a couple of blocks from the Quattro Canti, so it’s very convenient to all the main sights of Palermo. Breakfast was great. The patio overlooking Via Firenze was a nice place to hang out, drink wine, and listen to the hustle and bustle of the city. Luca and Natalia were wonderful hosts. They provided lots of information about the city which was very helpful. A special thanks to them for getting up early on Sunday morning so we could have a cappuccino prior to heading back to the airport!

We had an exceptional stay at Ad Hoc Rooms in Palermo. It was a 5 minute walk to the 4 corners. The rooms were thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Our host Luca, cooked us wonderful breakfasts each day. Natalia helped us out with transportation to the airport and to our next travel site, and was available to help us with any requests we had during our stay. I highly recommend Ad Hoc Rooms!

Tutto molto curato nei dettagli. Ottima posizione in centro. Il proprietario molto professionale e disponibilissimo. Colazione varia e molto buona. Unica pecca le scale a piedi perché trattasi di casa vecchia ma molto ben ristrutturata. Consigliatissimo

Abbiamo avuto una accoglienza superlativa nella B&B Ad Hoc. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni e i punti di interesse della bella Palermo. Le stanze sono arredate a tema, con originalità e gusto. Luca e i genitori Gianni e Caterina ci hanno accolti, no, ci hanno coccolati con la loro disponbilità, i consigli, le storie e una colazione eccellente: dolce, salato, le specialità siciliane e il tocco finale delle delizie preparate dalla signora Caterina. La sala per la colazione e la terrazza sono a disposizione per godersi un the dopo una giornata a girovagare per le viuzze del centro. Se andate a Palermo, partite da questa B&B.
