Room and bathroom are big. Staff is extremely helpful. AC was just enough to cool for comfortable temperatures. There were some spots on bed linens.

The reception was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The front rooms have a view to Tjilik Riwut statue and Bundaran Besar.

Convenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

Perlu di tingkatkan lagi dari sisi kebersihan kamar dan pelayanannya. Kemudian di tambah lagi access lift karena layout hotel bentuknya U sehingga access tamu ke lift tidak jauh. Tetapi dari breakfast cukup enak. Untuk hotel bisnis cukup rekomebded.
