This is a decently-maintained government property in Palampur, conveniently located. We booked a family room, which was huge with two double beds. There is a beautiful lawn and a very nice play area for the kids. Standing on the balcony one can see the snow-clad mountains on one side and teas garden in the front. Treat to the eyes indeed. One must have realistic expectations from a government property. It is comfortable but not luxury. So beds are basic, furniture is basic, toiletries are also basic. No tea kettle even in the family room, though on our requested the staff did arrange. If you are willing to place natural beauty of the surroundings above material comforts, at a reasonable rate. this is the place to be. Breakfast is not included in room tariff, one has to order. The food is excellent, absolutely lip-smacking. the staff is very helpful and courteous. This property is definitely a good choice if you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Very good hotel.......large rooms .....big corridors.....neat and clean room We have visited this hotel in may 2023.....the first look of hotel is so pretty....... as family we have really enjoyed this hotel stay..... we have booked our family room on first floor Total cleanliness in porch in corridors in rooms ...wow..... we can See a beautifull snow peaks mountain range of dhauladhar range from hotel... Food wad good...staff was cooperative and humble...must visit this hotel if want to relax urself with ur family

Located amid beautiful ambience and reasonably priced delicious meals served by courteous staff definitely makes the stay very pleasant or even the stopover journey gives the required complete relaxation making the traveller refreshed again for the onward journey,
