The location is great, a few minutes walk to beach front and maim centre for food. Amenities include cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Only thing is there is no air-conditioner but fans were provided but luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there but in peak summer, no a/c would have been bad.

Paihia is so big, there is no geographical place to say, live in the circle of the beach, whatever is the same. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but it is not possible to use it in winter. The room booked by Ctrip was on the first floor, and the light was completely blocked by the pool. It is really uncomfortable to turn on the lights during the day. Fantastic location, walking distance to the town centre and Wharf . Room clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and our rooms were cleaned and amenities replenished every day . Will definitely come again !
