Following our reservation, we discovered the check-in time was 2 p.m. Since we are traveling with an infant(12 weeks), we contacted the hotel receptionist to inquire about the possibility of checking in after 10 a.m., explaining that we would need to cancel our reservation otherwise. The receptionist confirmed that a check-in after 10 a.m. would be possible. However, upon arrival, we encountered a different response and unfortunately experienced some rudeness from two staff members. I politely requested an early check-in, referencing the earlier phone conversation, as our travel arrangements were made based on that assurance. Despite offering to pay an extra fee due to the heat and our infant's needs, our request was initially denied. Eventually, a 1:30 p.m. check-in was agreed upon, only to be contradicted by another staff member who insisted on the original 2 p.m. check-in time. The inconsistent information provided by the staff—10 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2 p.m.—was quite upsetting, and I felt the service and staff conduct were unfortunately lacking in courtesy and professionalism.
