When we arrived the person who helped us at front desk was pleasant. We were surprised that 3 transactions had to be done 1 for the price of room, 1 for a security deposit, and 1 for a pet fee. We were told were told we would be getting our security deposit back. As of 2 days after our stay I have not received an email with a receipt.
We were placed in a room on the main floor at the end of the hall next to the stairs and back door. All night long we heard the door slamming and people running up and down the stairs. We had both our bathroom fan and room fan on to block the noise but it still could be heard through that. We didn't get much sleep at all. The price of the room should of been discounted for a crappy room where you can't get sleep.
The breakfast was nice and all the staff were nice. We told the front desk person what happened with our stay and our bad experience. They told us they would have the manager contact us and so far they have not done so. I won't be staying here again.
