Hotel moderno, bem localizado com quarto amplo e confortável! Banheiro com vários tipos de ducha e com a funcional separação entre privada e banho! Café da manhã bem servido com várias opções! Tivemos oportunidade de jantar no restaurante próprio do hotel e a comida estava deliciosa. Super recomendo!

Gostei da decoração do hotel e da excelente qualidade do colchão e almofadas. Não gostei do tamanho do quarto, muito pequeno e acanhado para um hotel 5 estrelas, não gostei das vistas do quarto que dava para as traseiras com telhados de garagens e armazéns.

O hotel é bem localizado, porem a limpeza do banheiro precisa melhorar ( os azulejos da parede e a ducha no teto).
O cafe da manhã é bom, e as atendentes do cafe da manha são muito prestativas e atenciosas.
O atendimento na chegada ao hotel foi um pouco confuso ( o atendente queria me cobrar a reserva que já estava paga!).

Este não é um hotel muito decente com tudo o que você realmente precisa. É limpo, a equipe é prestativa e a localização é ótima. Mas, para mim, isso não é uma propriedade cinco estrelas. Os layouts dos quartos (tínhamos dois) são um tanto estranhos, principalmente no que diz respeito ao banheiro. A área da pia é apertada. Não há lugar confortável para colocar sua mala além do chão, e não há muito espaço aberto ao redor da cama. O espaço do armário é bom, então se você é do tipo que desempacota tudo e pendura as coisas, ficará feliz. Mas se vai ficar apenas algumas noites e não quer desfazer as malas...
Acho que as estrelas são dadas com base nas instalações da propriedade, como ter um restaurante ou instalações comerciais. Eu premio estrelas com base em quão luxuoso e confortável é um lugar. Nesse sentido, daria a esta propriedade 3,5 estrelas.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, the staff are great very helpful and friendly, the restaurant must be one of the best restaurant in town, the bar is very plush and totally relaxed, The 12 oclock check out is really useful . Will definitely come back

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The service was excellent and the rooms generous in size and very comfortable. The car parking is under the hotel and convenient. This is a modern hotel with stylish decor, great value and close to all attractions.

Stayed here for 2 nights. A convenient hotel to experience Asturian culture. Hotel staff knowledgeable and helpful. Cleanliness of a high standard. Reasonably priced and large suite. Proximity to train and bus station was within walking distance. A typically Spanish breakfast on offer. Plentiful and sufficient. It is within 15 minutes to the historic centre-a must see.

From the moment we walked in the door, we had an amazing experience at Barceló Oviedo Cervantes. Parking was as easy as could be in a nice lot connected to the hotel. The person at reception was so personable and helpful and we even got an unexpected room upgrade. The room was spacious, well-designed and comfortable - including a huge tub with jets in the large bathroom (with a sliding door that allowed for privacy). I’m also used to paying ridiculous prices for wine at a hotel so was very pleasantly surprised when I learned at checkout that the one I had charged to my room was only about 4€. The hotel is perfectly located close to the shops, restaurants and amazing park, and reasonably quiet for being on a busy street. I would not hesitate to stay there for future visits to Oviedo.
