Staff super friendly and helpful. Large room, and AC very apt. Nice dinner and OK buffet breakfast. Mostly, it's close to a large city and very convenient on the way in or off Marrakesh. It's a small oasis in the middle of nowhere. We liked it.

We stayed in room 10 with a travel group on September 6, 2023. Our group occupied all the rooms in the hotel. In some rooms, the smell of sewage was overpowering. The front desk clerk handled the problem by putting something down the drain and leaving a can of air freshener in the room. We thought that was bad until my husband was shocked when he touched the metal valve in the shower. Several electrical outlets were falling from the wall in other parts of the room. The following day we were told repairs had been made, but there was no evidence they were done. We requested to be moved, but there were no other rooms, so we had to go to another hotel. The pool was dirty, and it appeared that there was a lot of deferred maintenance.

Amazing experience. Hidden gem, we had the most delicious dinner and best harira soup ever! Breakfast was amazing too. Our waiter Mohammed was so kind and fantastic with our children. He explained us loads about life in the desert, being a beréber and local traditions. We fell in love a bit more with Morocco thanks to him.

If you want a relaxing time. This is it!! This Riad brings peacefulness and joyful memories. The customer service and attention was superb. Not mention the attention of Max ( the little dog) we are so pleased with this rías. Definitely, we will come back.

Was expecting a peaceful stay after a 9 hrs day long drive But we were welcomed by a loud party, playing music at the max volume , women shouting in mic at the top of their voice, cudnt even sit outside to enjoy the sunset, managemnt bluntly told us to go in our rooms n shut the door if we r disturbed by the loud music, i mean is this what i paid for?? Extremely disappointed Adding vdo for proof

Tucked away in what seem to be nowhere is this gem of a hotel with a refreshing pool, stellar service, absolutely delicious food, stunning views and comfortable rooms. Air con actually works well here and the hotel is quiet. They have beer, a nice perk.

We stayed here one night during our tour and could have easily stayed longer The staff were so genuine and welcoming , They brought us mint tea as a welcome and our room was amazing This is not an all mod cons hotel but a real taste of Morocco and we absolutely loved it It was too cold to try the pool (April) which was a shame but the whole Riad has a lovely feel to it. The evening meal in the restaurant was the best hotel food we had eaten during our whole trip and none of the other hotels we stayed in had served us poor food so that should tell you how good it was . The staff were so friendly and wanted you to enjoy their hotel . The following morning the breakfast before we left was excellent including the cheese omelette This was also the only hotel out of the 6 we stayed in that offered tea & coffee making facilities in our room another bonus

Terrible experience. Would have (did) pay to leave. Air conditioning did not work for the entire building and staff were rude and lied about it. When we arrived, someone had used the toilet without flushing and the place was filthy. The rooms had glass doors which you could see straight into if you were not exact about pulling the curtains across for, which were really annoying. The safe was not secured in the room so anyone could have walked out with our valuables. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We spent one night in Riad Tama in Quarzazate. The Riad is really beautiful and peaceful. An oasis of greenery and flowers. Our room was really spacious, with comfortable beds and amenities for our shower. We had hammam and massage at the spa, which was very relaxing after the long hours in the bus! The dinner was delicious with local products and so was the breakfast next morning! Would go again!
